I would not recommend Lewis Aquatech to ANYONE!!!

The service is horrible and every person we dealt with was incompetent, rude, never followed through on anything,
and anyone who chooses to work with this company will surely be disappointed.

Great design but horrible service. Lewis Aquatech – designed and build our pool about 4 years ago. They did a nice job with the design and build of our pool and backyard but their service has been horrible. They warranty their work for 2 years and it has been 3 years and they have still not taken care of issues covered under the warranty. I used to get responses initially saying they will schedule soon and now no one bothers to even respond. If you chose to do business with them ensure either penalty clauses are in the contract or hold back final payment until the end of the warranty term if you expect them to adhere to their warranty commitment.

I really wanted to give this company a great review. They have great design people and talented meticulous employees. Unfortunately two years after the construction was completed a crack developed in our pool losing significant water daily. I have reported this to Lewis Aquatech owners and have been told numerous times it would be fixed but they can’t set an appointment because it has to be fit in between other jobs. Nothing has been done and we’re going into our third summer with a leaking pool and crack getting worse. I will report back as this develops and hopefully can give a good report and a better rating. Very frustrating and worrisome.

This is an update to my review above. After two yrs of the above problem Lewis Aquatech sent Caesar and a helper to fix the problem. Caesar is a wonderful talented person. As of now the repair is working, but I’m still anxious to see how it holds up over the winter with freezing. They did a nice job, I just wish it hadn’t taken so long . Because they finally stood behind their work I would definitely raise this review up to 3 stars and if it holds up 4 stars.

Lewis Aquatech just completed our pool and we could not be more pleased. Joe Gwiz is phenomenal. Every text or email was answered with 15 min. He was attentive, kept us up to date as to the schedule and was extremely accountable for his workers and their workmanship. The staff was courteous and respectful. I recommend Joe highly. He is the best contractor I have ever worked with. If you are even thinking about building a pool, Joe and his team are the only company to consider.

We hired Joe Gwiz for our project back in November 2015 on what was told by other pool company’s was “an impossible project”. He reassured us from the beginning that he could get it done. After a long awaited permit due to the dutiful deligence by Joe we were able to begin the project ..The layout , the communication , the work ethic was nothing but flawless. We were provided with a time line which was well under expectation. This is something you can only get from an experienced company that can handle any situation and sircumb to what I consider my backyard to now be a true dream. No matter what question or concern we have Lewis has always provided help and a fix.. I am thankful for this experience and recommend them to everyone considering a pool!!!

The Lewis Aquatech team led by Joe Gwiz, Jr. did a phenomenal job installing our gorgeous pool. There were a variety of selections to make and in two months we were done! Joe did an outstanding job of coordinating the pieces and timeline and there was not one day where there was no work on the pool. Everything flowed easily and smoothly and communication was top notch. I have zero complaints and only the highest praise for Lewis Aquatech.

At first i interviewed 4 companies. I was look at a magazine and looked at the ad for the company. I call and spoke to Joe After hearing his confidence level and the way the communication with with client . His company is a 1 stop shop which is what makes the process smooth.His employees were great hard workers.
I have not a bad thing to say about the company. It was a TRUE PLEASURE to work with him.

Lewis Aquatech designed and built out our backyard hard/landscape. It was a challenging project due to the property limitations (boundaries, slope, etc), working with our homebuilder and the fact that they had to deliver before closing. Their design process is unparalleled, especially with their computer graphic design tool. The rendition that we designed together was literally the same as the final result. I initially looked into 7 contractors, narrowed it down to 3 and it came down to 2 designs. Throughout this proces and talking with other pool owners, the consensus is you get what you pay for. Lewis Aquatech is not the cheapest but their design ability, build quality and great customer service makes them by far the best value for the quality.

Lewis Aquatech did a large home renovation for us, including pool area, large stone deck, pergola, upper deck and porch and landscaping. Their work proceeded as planned. They communicated well and the final result was and is SPECTACULAR. We have gotten so much enjoyment out of this project and end result. They are great with ongoing support and maintenance. We would highly recommend them if you are looking for the best.

Excellent job building the pool, decking, installing the equipment and providing on-going service and maintenance! We get many compliments from neighbors and friends that visit! I feel good knowing there is a deep and responsive team that provides on-going care to deal with any issues that may arise.

We have been working with these guys for over the last 5 years, they treat you like family and they are always quick to help and react to problems quickly. There team have begun to feel like our team and we love them.

Lewis Aquatech designed a beautiful and built pool, balancing space perfectly in an urban setting and dealing with strict city zoning issues. They created an outdoor living space that we now use like any other oom in our home. I have also been extraordinarily impressed by their service department.
