My pools Built my pool. Pool came out as expected but Mike has very poor follow through after the sale. Yes, the pool comes with a warranty- just very little through him. After he has your money, he takes months longer to get started and leaves a hole in your yard for months longer than 90 days as promised. He’s a general contractor. His line “call the company”. All his company did was gas and tiles. At least 4 things failed in the first year. I couldn’t get nearly as much help from him as I would expect. His promises to take care of it drag on until you just take care of it yourself.
