Natural Stone Pools installed a water feature on our existing, recently installed pool. We didn’t know exactly what the completed product would be, as we gave him artistic license to complete it. The project went smoothly even with a few rain delays. When the water feature was completed, we were in complete awe. It was so much greater than what we were expecting. It completely changed the pool. We had issues with our pool contractor and small problems with the pool and this water feature made us forget about them. Now I wish we would’ve had Jerry do the pool for us. We are thinking about putting more features in our pool, and Jerry will be the only one that we contact.

The worst contractor I have ever worked with. Jerry was never on site to supervise the project. The few times he was present to actually supervise the work he dismissed my concerns and was always condescending. The concrete surround around my 9month new pool is already cracking.

What a great company! The reason why we chose Jerry and Shannon to build our pool is because of the customer service we received during the design process. They got back to us so quick when it took other companies a very long time or sometimes not at all. We made a lot of changes to our design, probably five, but they didn’t mind. They changed everything we asked and gave us more than what we dreamed. We would recommend this company. Jerry and Shannon are great!

Jerry Borders, of Natural Stone Pools, is not just a pool builder but a true artist. I once saw a pool he built that looked perfect to me; however, he decided to drive to Oklahoma to find a couple more boulders for the waterfall to look perfect to him. His standards are high and he truly cares about every pool he builds. As a homebuilder and remodeler, I have learned that those are important qualities to be looking for in a pool designer.
