Every year since they completed my pool, tile has come off. EVERY year. This year was no exception. If you are looking for a company that knows how to pass the blame to everyone but themselves.. this is the one. This year I had them open the pool early so they could get a jump on the repairs of the NEW pool they built for me… they let the entire summer pass with BS excuse after excuse …. Here we are in September … and this is what my pool still looks like.

This review is long overdue and based on customer service, or lack thereof. NVblue installed a pool and spa for us many years ago. Our spa began leaking, and over the course of time, we contacted numerous employees (in mgmt positions) at NVblu to help us determine the cause. Someone came out one time to inspect. He applied a product that’s supposed to organically find a leak and close the hole. It didn’t work. We called back many, many times. Each time we called, we’d be told that the situation would be discussed with the owner, and that we’d receive a return call to address the situation. Those return phone calls never happened. We can only assume that once the job is complete, you as a customer, no longer interest this company. Incidentally, we weren’t asking for anything monetary. Our primary objective was to locate the source of the leak.

We contacted NVBLU to discuss a pool and landscaping for our backyard . Their senior design consultant, Bobby Thomas, came out for a consultation. After a wonderful talk, we were excited to get started. Bobby said he would send us the estimate and we’d go from there. A couple weeks passed and we didn’t receive the proposal. I emailed Bobby and was told that he would complete it and send it in a couple of days. The days came and went and we didn’t hear anything. I even reached out to the company directly without any response. Ultimately, we never received an estimate or an explanation.
