As a person who has dealt with this company, I requested assistance in dealing with the concrete around our pool. We purchased our home with a pool built by Peterson Pools, and the pool was less than a year old. We were told that the warranty didn’t transfer to a new owner. We just need one slab of concrete fixed after we had a guest fall. I spoke with Jeremy Peterson a couple of times as well as the concrete contractor. Nobody would come out. In my opinion, I would never use this company. We even sent a certified letter and received no response from the company. Very disappointing customer service.

Last week I had a new liner installed in my 30,000 gallon pool, by Peterson pools.
Their communication about the schedule was excellent. We had weather issues and they constantly kept me up to date. They communicated a plan and lived up to it.
The master installer was a joy to watch and gave me an extremely high confidence level that the end result would exceed my expectations.
The pool looks beautiful. I can recommend the Peterson team without hesitation.
We hired CWS to fill the pool at Peterson’s recommendation. They complimented the job by offering the service at a very reasonable cost.
The guys that I had the pleasure to meet from this team are a credit to their profession. Happy Summer,
