Chris, Terry and the entire team at Pool Boss are true professionals. They are responsive, reliable and such a pleasure to work with. We had such an amazing experience from start to finish. They transformed our backyard into a dream vacation spot. The pool design is absolutely beautiful. We have a cool sundeck that we use all the time in the shallow end and a long bench in the deep end which everyone loves!

We were completely amazed the first day of our installation and how fast the pool was installed. Chris showed up and stayed the entire day, guiding his team and ensuring everything was just perfect. He is a true professional, very helpful and really cares about his customers.

We have been using the weekly valet service every week to clean our pool. I definitely recommend signing up for the weekly valet. It’s worth every penny. The technician that maintains our pool is also so professional, and friendly. He’s one of our favorites! He does such a thorough job every time he cleans our pool and doesn’t leave until our pool is crystal clear!

I also recommend an automatic pool cover. We did not purchase one which we regret. It’s an added cost but would be worth it.
It’s great for safety if you have children and if it rains your pool will stay protected and clean!

Choosing a reliable pool company was a decision we took very seriously. We had several companies come to our house to give estimates and we knew as soon as we met with Chris that The Pool Boss would be our choice. The Pool Boss built our in-ground pool in Paramus, NJ in 2018, and it was the best decision we have ever made. Everything from start to finish was seamless, and we have been enjoying our pool immensely for the last 4 years. Chris and his team have been incredibly responsive anytime we have had any questions, and they offer a top notch weekly service as well as seasonal opening/closing service which we partake in. I often hear my neighbors complaining about other pool service companies, and it just makes us even more confident in having chosen The Pool Boss for our ongoing pool needs. We hired Platinum back in 2020. With the increased demand for pools we had to wait awhile to get started. They always answered our questions quickly and took time to explain everything to us. We have never owned a pool and so the interaction from our sales rep Mike along with the staff was tremendous. Once construction started they were there every day until the job was completed. We went with their recommendation of Moen landscaping to do our decking, outdoor kitchen and pergola. The Moen team worked extremely fast in lock step with Platinum to get our job done quickly. The workmanship from both organizations is exceptional and the customer service is top notch. They have had great patience in answering all our new pool owner questions. I highly recommend partnering with both of these companies for your pool/patio project. We can’t wait to open the pool up in April.

I’ve yet to have one bad experience with anyone from the team and I’ve been using them for everything related to my pool since our first consultation in 2020. By far my favorite contractors to date. From start to finish they were on top of their trade and built a pool exactly how I imagined it. The design phase went through many changes and our designer Chris worked patiently with us until we had exactly what we wanted. Before construction began they had a pre-construction meeting where we dotted all i’s and crossed all t’s and we knew exactly what to expect (and even made some minor last minute changes). Their workers were kind, respectful, always on time and did a fantastic job. I love my custom plunge pool/spa!

The Pool Boss has been nothing short of spectacular. They handled everything, soup to nuts. They were patient and informative in the design process, guided us with realistic and reasonable timelines, handled all the permits (which can be very difficult in my town), and put us in touch with great vendors for hardscaping and other rock features. The installation was quick and painless (and came out great) and we continue to use them for pool maintenance and service (e.g., cleaning, winterization). I would recommend them without hesitation!

Mark is the definition of superior customer service. Throughout the inception, design, and construction phase of our project he constantly reached out to assist and provide support if needed. He went above and beyond expectations when coordinating efforts with permitting/HOA approvals and subcontractor management efforts. Mark seemingly works around the clock and makes the customer a priority when he has a multiple of functions and projects. More than anything Mark displays great integrity and transparency when guiding the customer with vendors in which they utilize for additions outside of the pool construction and options available which meet budgetary requirements. I would build and commit to future projects through Platinum Pools solely for Marks involvement.

The process of designing a pool is not an easy one, especially when family members have different visions of what the pool should look like. Mark was a critical partner for us during the design process – offering suggestions and practical advice for options for us to consider. His experience was invaluable during the process. He shared examples of client projects they’ve completed and offered multiple solutions for our backyard space. He completed countless revisions to ensure our family was happy with the final design and was patient with us to make final decisions for the project.
