We like our pool, but we had multiple issues with this builder. Seeing the great reviews makes us think they are fake, or he doesn’t treat all his customers equally… To summarize what happened with our project: there was a very difficult communication, with a lack of answers, a lack of involvement and interest from him in the project, multiple careless mistakes (technically hard or impossible to resolve!), organization and schedule totally uncoordinated, no anticipation and no follow up at all, rude behavior (we even got insulted…), 10 stressful completion months instead of the 80 days promised on contract, no whole project delivery, no explanation about anything, and finally, he didn’t pay all the subcontractors involved in our project, which resulted in a lien filed against us, despite we paid him full and never asked him to reimburse mistakes he made we paid for… Good luck to whoever selects his services!

Gar is an amazing pool and landscape designer.
We had Poolsides redo our complete backyard including remodeling of our pool and adding an outdoor kitchen. The project took a little longer than originally expected, but it is now all done and worth the wait.
I definitely recommend Poolsides if your looking for the best company that understands design and execution.

I would not recommend this company. They started work on our pool+hot tub with them in Jan 2018. It’s now July 2021 and they have finally finished the last bit of work on the project. Gary, our contact with Luxe h2o, promised fast work and started by demolishing our outdoor deck in Jan 2018. They then did nothing until April, leaving us with a demolished back yard for months. Then they finally got around to digging. In the process, they destroyed our neighbor’s hard and shared wall without notifying either of us. After the dig, they left the hole as is for months even as they promised it would be done by September 2018. As this property was originally for rental, we lost potential income while the pool was left unfinished. After several threats from us for the unfinished work and from our neighbor for the damages made to their property, they finally got around to working on our pool. They finished the bulk of the work by Jan 2019 but after that it was impossible to get them to come back and finish all the lose ends. I ended up hiring someone else to do the landscaping around the pool and hounded them for months until the last item was finally finished in July 2021.

The cliff notes: this company is unethical, unprofessional and a total waste of time. If you’re on the hunt for a pool- take my advice and save yourself a lot of frustration LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. They will try to price gauge you once they have you.

The longer story: we got pricing from 3 companies to put in a pretty simple pool. We asked for the 3 companies to give us pricing for a simple pool and they all came back roughly the same, with Luxe coming in between the other 2 companies. What I liked about this company is that they got back to me quickly and made me feel comfortable. They sent someone out right away and they were really nice. They gave my a bid and during our walkthrough I asked what it would cost to add a spa. They gave me a price. I told them to go ahead and add it. I got a revision back for much higher than what they said in person so I called and after trying to reach them for 2 days, they finally got back to me and said they would edit for me and honor the price and that they “didn’t take good notes during our meeting and needed to speak with the owner so it took longer”. I was sort of weirded out, but I let it go and figured everyone makes mistakes and since they were honoring the price I was fine with it. Then we discussed adding in some trees and landscape to which the price was INSANELY inflated (I am in the floral biz so I can get my own trees but it did show me that they were putting nearly a 5x markup, which again, made me uncomfortable). I told them to take out the trees and that we were ready to move forward with the contract and I was EXCITED. They said they’d get me a contract tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went and there was nothing. Then I followed up and they said they’d get it to me the next day…. nothing… finally the next day without any explanation I get a revised bid for 20% more than what we agreed on in the previous bid!!! 20% that’s 10s of thousands!!!! I was SO upset. After writing an upset email and asking them to be professional and honor their price I get an email from the owner saying essentially, “sorry but we went over the pricing again and we are only willing to do it for this amount now”. WHAT??? After a month of back and forth and getting excited and AGREEING to terms on both sides they felt they had me where they wanted me then sent a bid for much higher. Ridiculous, a waste of time, unethical and POOR BUSINESS. This company is not trustworthy and if they feel you can afford it they will try to gauge you!!! BE CAREFUL and avoid the frustration if you can!! I can only imagine what would have happened had we moved forward with them and a complication arose…

Extremely happy we went with Luxe h2o for our project. They gave us a fair price and worked with us after encountering some unforeseen troubles with our hardscape. On top of that, they promised a completion date that seemed tight but they overdelivered and had us swimming two weeks early! Their crew was very clean and respectful of our property, a huge plus to my family. They handled our project from concept all the way through completion and I can’t imagine any other company being as creative and having such good execution/communication. Would recommend to anyone for a pool build or remodel!

We choose Luxe h2o for our swimming pool project after getting a few quotes. They were very professional getting our swimming pool installed, and what stood out most was the attention to detail – it really was amazing. They preached that the quality of their product was 2nd to none and after having engaged them, I would agree. It did take a little longer than we expected, but it was well worth it for the quality they bring. They have a crew that has worked with them for over 25 years and it showed. Would highly recommend!!

Luxe h2o provided a phenomenal and unique 3D design that blew away my expectations. They didn’t overlook any detail, and I was very picky on my needs. From the fully tiled pool to the sunken fire pit seating area and beautiful landscaping, our backyard saw a complete makeover and I couldn’t be happier. They provided a design and timeline and updated us with any changes along the way. I loved that they were a smaller team that communicated well and cared about our needs during every step of the pool building process. Looking forward to using them on my other property’s too!

We were only looking for a more simple and modern pool redesign and at first sight we thought it might be to small for this company, but Luxe h2o showed us that regardless of our total cost they really cared about our project. They really worked within our budget and new clever and timeless design techniques to accomplish an elegant look with little money. Their experience with the pool installation process was evident from the beginning and every step was explained to us. We had our neighbors use them for a bigger project and it turned out amazing, showing the versatility with this company. Definitely give them a call!

They were able to take my vision and make it more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! I had a very strict budget and they were

I found Matt from a Google search and am so happy I did. He helped with the design and I am extremely happy with it. The pool was built exactly on schedule and the workers were pleasant and adjusted to a few changes we made. Also, a few things needed to be finished at the end and Matt came through on every part of it and made sure we were happy with the result. If you’re considering Matt, I would recommend him highly.

Back in May my wife and I decided we wanted to re-do our backyard with a pool and spa, we have many parties during the summer. I have a friend that told me about infinity pool builders, said they had seen some of their work. So I gave them a call, they had awesome designs that would look great in our backyard all we had to do was pick one. After a few days of looking over the designs with my wife she decided on which one. She was in tears when the project was finished, she couldn’t believe how beautiful it turned out, she was amazed, it looked just like the design. I would recommend this company for any of your spa/pool needs they out do themselves.

I am very pleased with the results, my backyard looks amazing my wife loves the way the pool came out. We had been struggling with which company to use, who would do the best job, who was more cost efficient, and Infinity pool builders seemed like they had the best designs we had ever seen. They made the design come real. I recommend these guys for your pool/jacuzzi needs!
