Precision Pool did an outstanding job renovating our 25 year old pool, spa and deck. The transformation was simply magnificent. Patty and Michael guided us with integrity and professionalism throughout the project. They addressed all concerns and issues, tirelessly, with the best possible solutions. Steven, a wizard at his craft, undid 25 years of incompetence with a new pluming structure and equipment. They also happen to be untouchable when it comes to value and pricing. On the first day of demolition, I came home to see the first pictures. I was terrified that I bit off more than I could chew with this project. Patty dealt with all of my nervous questions and guided me along without every getting frustrated with me. Trust me, I asked a LOT of questions and many of the same question more than once just to try to get comfortable that the project would turn out the way it was planned. I’m more than pleased with the result. I could not ask for a more responsive person. The work is of the highest quality. We had a major pool renovation and Patty and her crew were great to work with. Anytime you have lots of contractors coming and going it can be hectic. However, Patty made the process seem seamless. Any changes that came up or anything we wanted to happen with the renovation was accomplished. At times the owner Phil would come by and offer his suggestions.

I met Patty in January 2015 and was very comfortable with her knowledge and concern for quality. I wanted the pool resurfaced and changing the tile. She gave me several options for resurfacing the pool and tile with pricing to match. WOW! were there choices so much that I actually visited the tile store. When asked for pictures she was very helpful. I was taking so much time in deciding she had to give me a little push to finish my decisions so they could start.
