We are very happy with Phil and Premier Pools. We have had constant issues with a recently built pool and Phil has willingly jumped in to help resolve issues of replacing failed equipment and most importantly troubleshooting leaks that have been a constant issue since the pool was built less than 4-years ago by another local pool builder (liner, lights, skimmer cracked etc.). The original pool builder was slow to respond, did not prioritize fixing a pool they built and basically left us hanging. Phil has been extremely responsive, professional, has deep expertise, helps to educate us on what is going on and committed to seeing that the job is done right. We are still on the repair journey and I am confident we will get there with Phil’s help!
