Horrible customer service and project management. Worst experience of my life working with Prestige Pool and Patio. It was supposed to be a small built in grill with concrete countertops. All parts were in when we gave them $5000 in Feb to start the project. Come April, we had not had any progress even thought my husband was in constant contact with them. Finally they send out a PM, Mike, who got the base installed and then it just sat for several weeks. But of course, they wanted another $3000. Mind you, my husband was in contact with Prestige scheduling and sales everyday trying to get things moved along, but to no avail. Roxanne should be fired, the sales guy we had should be fired…Mike the PM was actually fired. Once they assigned Dom to our project, things moved along, but still had scheduling issues (Roxanne). If you want to pay a lot of money up front and then have your project sit, then by all means, go with Prestige. If you’d actually like your project completed on a designated timeline and have good customer service, then DO NOT use Prestige. I can’t even imagine putting in a pool or other large project with Prestige as it would probably take over a year to complete and would be the worst headache ever. I do not have one good thing to say about Prestige Pool and Patio. Run and do not use them!
