Customer service is rude, they upcharge and are dishonest.
I asked that they check for leaks before I sold my home.
They charged 1,000 to “find” a leak of 1/8” but could not determine its exact location, then proposed $3,500 to repair it.
In fact, I subsequently hired a more honest company and learned that 1/8” evaporation is normal when the temperature drops. They tested everything and found NO leak.
What’s more, owner’s family leaves positive reviews.

We recently purchased our home, and contracted with Proper Ph for opening and weekly maintenance of our pool. We had them furnish and install a new Aquacal heat pump, and re-locate all of the pool equipment, moving it about 25 ft to it’s new location.

They did a great job of getting everything done, and the communication with their office is really great. They are really on top of everything, and do excellent work. They do tend to be a substantially higher in price than other companies, but you will be guaranteed to have a great experience.
