R.I. Pools, Inc. – Project #1 (2005) > $100k: we hired R.I. to install our pool and work with other independent contractors to transform our backyard (including stone Pool, patio. Viking BBQ). Family owned, highly skilled and very professional experienced team. Very personable attitude, fairly priced and works well meeting/exceeding deadlines within budget. If they see or anticipate add’l work they communicate promptly allowing you to make/change decisions. Their ability to work well together with others was very good on working with our landscape architect; wholesale nursery and the Town of Westport. Project #2 (2015) >$7k: we recently hired them to re-do our Flag stone front steps and front walkway.

Franco and his group were wonderful, they renovated our older pool and were professional and courteous though the entire process. Our pool now looks amazing and is a wonderful treat during our hot summer months. I would recommend R.I Pools time and again, just great guys!

RI Pools designed and installed our pool in a very timely and professional manner. It was clear from the entire process that they were very experienced. They were quick to respond to any questions and really helpful in the design and execution process. They began the process in late March and completed it by late April. They were so efficient and organized. I do not hear this is the case with many other high end pool companies that install pools in our community. The quality has not disappointed us. We have enjoyed the pool for 4 seasons and are looking forward to the next.

We did our homework and got 6 quotes. Their price was competitive, but what sealed the deal for us was when we saw how this family run business takes pride in their workmanship even during the quoting and planning process. After meeting Franco and his dad, Vinnie, we had every confidence that this was a reputable company. We were right. They run a well oiled machine and the process was much like an assembly line, different crews for different stages of the project. What was telling is that many of the workers have been with RI Pools for over 10 yrs. It was a massive undertaking, and it was completed timely, and professionally, and not a penny over original quote. They absolutely delivered on what they promised. A fabulous pool, spa and wonderful waterfall. We love it!!!!

Franco and the team at RI Pools are true craftsmen that pay very close attention to detail in all aspects of in ground pool design and build. They were timely and kept me up to date on project progress and any issues that arose. Franco, his brother or their father were always on site during the project. The masonry work is truly outstanding and I never felt like they were rushing to finish my job and move on the next. They are not the least expensive outfit but I am very convinced you get what you pay for – and in this case that’s quality construction (no short cuts), quality materials, and an experienced dedicated crew. I give the highest recommendation!
