We just built our first pool with Rosebrook Pools. They made the process very easy and were very helpful in answering all of our questions. Their prices were very competitive and we really like the extra concrete and support rods they build into their pools. Other, more expensive companies, don’t put in the same quality. The pool is beautiful and just what we had hoped for. As new owners, we had many questions once we began using the pool and they were patient and helpfull with anything that came up. The guys who do the weekly maintenance are friendly and give many good tips on how to use the pool to the fullest. I highly recomment Rosebrook Pools.

We just had Rosebrook install our pool and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. When we spoke to Jamie, the owner, we had a quote the next day and signed. The company is family owned and you work with all the family. When they started on June 2, the pool was done very quickly – within two weeks, and then we had to wait for hardscape company because the work was extensive. From start to finish’s the project only took 7 weeks, because everyone worked so well together. Rosebrook showed up everyday – there were no lapses and now that the pool is going they are coming every other day to check the chemistry and brush down the pool. The pool is gorgeous and Rosebrook was very easy and accommodating to work with. I interviewed 4 different companies and one of the companies I interviewed has pool projects that have been going on for over a year! Also, Rosebrook had the best warranty of all the companies we interviewed. Highly, Highly recommend Rosebrook!

I cannot say enough good things about Rosebrook as a company but also about the individuals that worked with us! We had to rebuild every aspect of our back yard and pool and they did an incredibly professional job, on time, and equally important, on budget. To be frank, they were “all over it” and Jona Ori made sure we were happy and that everything was done perfectly. Lynsey was amazing in helping us design the project and make it look great! Jamie was great at helping us understand cost, the details of what the project should include, and the best way to execute it for a long and enjoyable outcome. I cannot begin to explain how fantastic my experience with Rosebrook was. From the beginning of the project, they were honest, hard working, resourceful and their customer service was second to none. They had to work around some very difficult and challenging circumstances and the end result was even better than I expected. We had rose brook pools install an indoor pool in a residence in downtown Chicago. Building in the city has its logistical and phyysical challenges. This project seemed to have more than most. Rose Brook undrestood , executed and provided an extraordinary product, did it when they said they would , and all of their employees were fun throughout he project. A rare combination these days. we are a year or 2 since and there have been no issues and any service ,etc. has been great. Thanks Rosebrook!

We signed a contract in May 2015 with Rosebrook Pools to build a four-season pool, with completion planned for November 2015. A major selling point for us was that Rosebrook said that they build pools like this regularly and they always have them finished in 6 months. They promised to start immediately and fully expected to be done by the end of November, 2015.

We were surprised when nothing happened that spring or summer. They promised in July, 2015 that it was going to be a top priority but nothing much happened. In fact, Rosebrook finally broke ground the first week of January, 2016. The new schedule planned for a completion date of June 2016—disappointing, but still we would have had the pool for the summer.

In June, my wife and I wrote a letter to the CEO of Rosebrook in which we pointed out that they had not yet finished the work that was scheduled for February. In five months Rosebrook had not yet completed what they should have done in the first six weeks. We asked for a call to get an idea on when they would be finished. The call finally occurred on June 28, 2016. We were told (and this is verbatim), we expect to be “getting done in 60 days.” That would have been August 28th. 2016 was a big birthday for my wife and I hoped to hold a BIG family get-together in the new pool. Her birthday was late August. They promised we’d be able to use the pool by her birthday. As you can see from the photos taken this month, they didn’t even get close.

They then guaranteed by the end of the year, December 31st, for sure. Our county permit expired by then so it was important to meet that date. We’re now at the end of January 2017, and the pool is still not completed.

Rosebrook has made a number of critical errors in building this pool and poolhouse. It is a big project. They failed to adequately plan for electricity or to appropriately think through the layout of this project with respect to siting and septic. I had to get deeply involved in both problems (as well as a number of others). We can provide more details if needed. As one of their guys on the job told me, “they really don’t plan well, do they?” This lack of adequate planning on a big job has caused delays, rework and real frustration.

We have no idea when they will be finished with this project. They haven’t provided a new date. They missed their last date (Dec 31st) and we haven’t had a new date since. Work is currently halted waiting for Commonwealth Edison to install a new electric line, work that could and should have been done a year ago. I would say working with Rosebrook has been tremendously challenging. As we wrote them in an email in June 2016, “we have paid you 80% of the money for having completed less than 30% of the work.” We were and are looking for a professional contractor to help us build and maintain a four-season pool (complete with a great poolhouse). We have never encountered delays like the ones we have experienced with Rosebrook. What’s also frustrating is that they are largely uncommunicative. We have to keep pushing for updates, pushing for progress, checking to make sure things are right. The errors are really concerning but they’re magnified by the communication problems. We will ask a question about a problem and be told “I’ll check in with my team”, and then never hear back again.

We chose Rosebrook, after interviewing and getting concepts from 3 companies to completely rehab a 40 year old outdoor pool. Everything including the deck was redone except for the concrete shell. They did the project on-time and on budget. More importantly is the fact that the result is beautiful, functional and beautifully enhances a 100+ year-old home. The fact that Rosebrook has been family owned for several generations shows in the responsiveness, commitment and attention to detail. They also service the pool and those characteristics continue.

I have had 4 pools built in the past 15 years. I have used some of the larger names in the Chicago Metropolitan area. When I interviewed Rosebrook I was impressed that it was a family run company. Each and every family member that I dealt with was more professional than the next. Every aspect of the job had their family name stamped on it. That means a lot. The end result was a top quality product that exceeded my expectations. I also have to say that their follow up service was exceptional. Immediate service, follow up calls and complete customer satisfaction is paramount to the way they do business. I cannot say more about this company.

Great company to work with. They built a 20’x40′ pool with a spa and stone patio for my family 2 years ago and it is perfect. The crews are polite and extremely hard-working and the office staff is always polite and they go out of their way to answer our questions. If we ever move from our current home we will use Rosebrook to build us another pool. Also, the service guys are meticuluos and keep our pool spotless.

We talked to several different pool companies before hiring Rosebrook. Their design team was the most creative and also the most attentive to what we wanted. Their team designed a pool with a waterfall and stone patio. We spent some time working on the design and changing some things and they were very patient with us. All of the time we spent on the design was worth it. We now have a beautiful pool and waterfall in our backyard that is exactly what we envisioned. I have been a pool owner for 10 years. I have gone through 3 service companies before hiring rosebrook in 2010. I wish I had hired them first. Their service men are great, they keep our pool perfect and are very polite. The office staff is always very accommodating when I have a question or want to change our service day. My wife and I are thinking of building an outdoor spa and fire pit in the future and will definitely use Rosebrook for that project as well.

We are very happy with the spa, outdoor kitchen and fireplace that Rosebrook designed and built at our home. They were great to work with from the office staff to the workers and managers on site.

We asked dozens of professionals (home builders, realtors and pool cleaners) for names of the most reputable gunite pool builders in the area and the same 3 names kept coming up, including Rosebrook. I’m a financial analyst and spent considerable time analyzing every detail of the 3 quotes and Rosebrook offered the best value of the 3. During the 2-month bidding process we found Rosebrook to be the most accommodating (one of the other 2 wanted us to hire electrical and plumbing contractors to hook up the power and water for the pool and the other was going to use lower-quality materials as specified in their quote). Rosebrook did a great job ranging from the building process to weekly maintenance to the year-end closing. All of their people, from construction to pool cleaners were very friendly and accommodating.

Contracted them to do Pool, fire pit, cabana, and deck. Pool and fire pit great job…everything else poor…not friendly as well…but they are quick to take a payment. Delays..Delays..Delays..they will claim weather every time! Poor attitude. Check around before you hire…Read the details of your contract before you sign it. The sad part is they really just don’t care if your happy or not..
