We wanted to renovate and update our in-ground pool. After extensive research, we selected Seacrest Pools, and are very pleased with our choice. The entire process was seamless, from initial planning through work completion and follow-up. Bill and Marissa were very helpful and available, particularly during the selection process. We replaced all waterline tile, resurfaced the pool, replaced fittings, drains and handrail, and installed a rain arc waterfall. The team was very tidy, and the project was completed on time! The final result is lovely. Please not, our pool maintenance couple are very complementary of the fit, finish, and overall quality of the work. They took a Seacrest business card for future referral. In July, my wife and I started our search for a pool company to get some ideas, and quotes to see if this would be the best fit for our family. My husband is a perfectionist and we researched many companies before selecting Seacrest pools. From the beginning until the very end of the project we were satisfied with the workmanship of Seacrest Pool’s team. We had a few ordinary issues along the way, and each time Seacrest addressed the issues professionally and attentively. We selected Seacrest to remodel our patio and pool and could not be happier. From start to finish the process was a pleasure. I hired Bill and Seacrest in 2016 for my pool and pool deck remodel. (see photos – Robin’s pool). They were an absolute pleasure to work with in every way. The job was completed on time and on budget and I was 100% satisfied. About ten months later, we had a problem with the circuit board on our pool heater and Seacrest quickly came out for a look, agreed that what was happening shouldn’t be happening, and had a Jandy rep out to replace the board within two days. A year later, my pool light stopped working. It was not under warranty but Bill thought it was way too soon to be having a problem so he came out himself to take a look. After checking the fuse, the transformer and the light itself, he determined the problem was nothing more than a burned out bulb. He then went and bought a new bulb, paid for it, and hopped in the chilly pool on a January day to change it. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service and follow-up we have received from Seacrest. THE BEST!

We used Seacrest Pools based on a recommendation from our GC who was renovating our home. And I am very very pleased that we acted on our GC’s recommendation. This was our first pool, so we had to lean on Seacrest Poos for their advice and expertise. Seacrest Pools, led by Bill Carey, exceeded all our expectations. We were pleased with the design process, during which we were given several CAD drawings to help settle on a final design. Seacrest Pool managed the permitting process. Hassle free for us. The pool was built within budget and within the agreed timeline. The outcome is a beautiful pool that we are now thoroughly enjoying. I highly and without reservation recommend Seacrest Pools to anyone wanting to build/install a pool. You wont be disappointed.

I considered several pool builders in the area. Most sent just a salesman. One company I couldn’t even get to call me back after initial consult. With Seacrest I spoke with the owner for the first consult. Bill was thorough and set realistic expectations. He shows up when he says he will, returns calls and gave project updates and milestones along the way. Very professional and courteous. Hard to find in South Florida.

His staff is nothing short of amazing. Alyssa had to deal with me changing my mind a dozen times. Completing renderings in record turn around time when I had a design change idea. Always responding to emails and calls in a timely manner. Just a pleasure to work with and a great design eye.
