I have a signature pool with a salt system, and a Quartz plaster finish. The pool is 5 years old. Maintenance and chemicals have all been done per schedule.
I have 1 large area where the pool rebar below the gunite is bleeding through the Quartz and causing a large rust stain. I also have 2 rebar bleed stains along my tile line.
I brought my issue up with a co-worker whose friend also used signature for a hot tub, I was told they had the same issue.
To fix the rust stain, pool is going to have to be drained and patched/resurfaced.

I received a personal phone call from Bob, the owner of signature Pools. Bob was professional and explained his position on the matter from a business owners perspective.

Bob stated he could potentially look into fixing the area or providing a potential discount with a new resurface job. I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 3 star because I appreciate Bob being willing to work with me despite having no legal obligation.

I highly recommend this company. When my wife and I met Nicci we knew after that meeting this was the company for us. The process was excellent from start to finish and the whole team was so friendly and helpful every step of the way. Our backyard turned out better than we expected and is our now our new favorite place to hang out as a family. We are grateful to Bob, Nicci and their team for such a positive experience during the build and now for the special time we are spending as a family.

It was an awesome experience, from start to finish. Nicci is just so awesome from the moment we met her at the home and garden show. She made us feel so comfortable from beginning to the end and just made the whole experience so wonderful. The orientation with Brandon was easy to understand and left us feeling comfortable in being able to maintain our pool, he did a great job. We would like to thank everyone involved in the planning and construction of our pool it turned out spectacular.

Originally this place was very responsive to my inquiries. I had a meeting and everything was great. Then I was waiting for a final pricing for an option that I wanted upgraded. I waited a couple of weeks…no response. I texted message and sent an email..no reply. I even called the office and was told that I would be contacted and still nothing. I am not sure if I angered someone or asked too many questions but I was told with a $50k+ investment no question is too much…unfortunately this place did not have the professional nor the proper business etiquette that I would have expected. So unfortunately it has lead me to give them a 1 Star. I was truly looking forward to having my pool built by this company.

I am a man of few words, who does not praise often – let alone write a review. This one is my first, and probably last:
Signature Pools made my dream pool a reality at a price I could afford, without cutting back on quality. Something, I thought not possible after speaking to other pool companies.
If you talk to Owner Bob Mellon and his Designer Chris Jones about building your pool, you can trust what they say – this is also true with Foreman Tom Bowser and Foreman’s Assistant Sam Nix. Their integrity, knowledge and friendly service meant a lot to me, and my daughter. And, unlike others, Bob knows all facets to pool building, the high-quality work of his sub-contractors prove it.
For me, building a pool is a big decision, and I am grateful to God that I hired Signature Pools.

I cannot more highly recommend signature pools for the construction of a new pool. I have spent three years preparing for building a pool, including interviewing and gathering information about many of the local pool builders. The consensus was always the same that Signature pools cares the most about their customers, does the highest quality work, and does it for a reasonable price. There were no surprises during the building process, and no extra or hidden fees. Everyone in the company was very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. I am particular person with specific request and needs, yet this company was able to keep me happy and gave me a pool better than expected. I would trust no one else in our area to build a pool in the future. He even finished the day before the estimated six weeks completion time!

We LOVED working with Signature Pools! Not only was every person that worked for them totally professional and friendly, our pool is absolutely gorgeous and beyond our expectations. Getting a pool built means a lot of people coming and going, and having everyone be so professional and respectful of our home was surprising, to be honest, and such a huge relief. Bob is the best! He always answered our phone calls and was right there with us every step of the way. And the pool was completed on time, giving us a few weeks to enjoy it before Fall.
