We used James and Supreme Pools to build our very first pool in April, 2012. We got several estimates from other “big” pool builders. James wasn’t the cheapest, but we choose to go with him because we loved the fact that he is THE owner and would personally oversee every aspect of the project. The other companies subcontracted all the jobs and said they would be available if needed or after some of the steps. James was present in my backyard on a frequent basis. If I had a question or concern, I had James’ personal cell number and would call him directly- if he was unavailable, he would get back to me promptly. When the pool was finished, there were a couple of things that didn’t meet with our approval, but James made sure that they were resolved in a timely manner and completely to our satisfaction. When the pool inspector wouldn’t pass us because he didn’t like the latches on our doors, James personally came out with a tool kit and installed self-latching devices on all of our doors! I highly recommend Supreme Pools- a local, family-owned, small business.

I hired Supreme Pools to resurface my pool and fix a plumbing leak, taking over from where another contractor had abandoned the project. From the get go, James and Dan made me feel special; like I was their only client; and their patience with my obsessive nature was so very comforting. They were both great to work with; listening to EVERY word and accommodated me with dignity and total professionalism. All the crew and subs were equally obliging and friendly; nothing was too much trouble for anyone involved. By comparison, the price allowed me to upgrade the finishes and have additional work done without going over budget; and I could not be more thrilled with the result.
I believe there is always room for improvement however, you’d be hard pressed to find it with Supreme Pools; they certainly live up to their name – Supreme Pools = Supreme Products; Supreme Service!

I am a landscape architect and designed our spool at our residence, equipped with a boulder grotto waterfall, tiled party pub table, baja shelf, LED Lighting, spa jets and plenty of seating. James Rhead from Supreme Pools renovated our entire pool area including deck, water features, outdoor fireplaces and new pool surface. The result was a beautiful new pool that complements our home and is the centerpiece of the backyard. The creativity, thoughtful design, and efficient work crews made this company a pleasure to work with.

Additinally Supreme Pools redesigned and remodelled two water features in front yard. The project gets regular complements from both visitor and neighbors. It has enhanced the value of our home. We have had minor issues with lights in the water and the company did a great job standing behind their work and assisting with the minor issue.

Supreme Pools was recommended to us by our architect. We solicited several bids from top pool companies and hired Supreme Pools because they quoted a great price, demonstrated they had experience building modern pools like the one we had in mind, and they were not pushy like some some of the other builders we interviewed. The were also willing to work with our budget by breaking the project into stages. James made the process seamless and we are delighted with our pool.

Supreme Pools was contracted to build a new pool and spa for us replacing what was not only an outmoded design, but old generation poorly functioning equipment. James Rhead was innovative in his solutions to all construction issues in our smaller than average site. His recommendations for equipment were top notch, yet his pricing for the entire project was competitive. Most important, his dedication to site meetings, frequent correspondence, and clients who, to be honest, were obsessively detail oriented was nothing short of remarkable. He never seem fazed by our repetitive questions yet met every one with his highly affable manner and innate professionalism. He personally saw the project right through every phase from excavation to construction, tiling to completion. Additionally he recommended a service company to maintain the equipment and do regular cleaning. We cannot more highly recommend Mr. Rhead and Supreme Pools.
