I bought a shade sail from this company and the wire clamps that came with it were faulty. A day after I tightened them (smoothly), I tried to loosen them since the sail had some wrinkles in it because the cable was a bit too tight. I could not loosen one of the nuts from each of the wire clamps. I’m pretty mechanically inclined so I tried a variety of different things but they wouldn’t budge. I contacted them through email and was in communication with Norma who talked to her manager and suggested I try alternating back and forth between each nut as I unscrew them which I had already tried. They also suggested I try some WD-40 which I was confused by seeing as they were brand new installed only one day prior. If that didn’t work, they suggested I cut them off. When I replied back asking if they could send me new wire clamps, I received no response. I followed up again and no response. A set of two wire clamps from them costs a grand total of $2.95, yes two dollars and ninety five cent

Do not buy online from these people. All online sales are final and, unless it is a swap, they will NOT WORK WITH YOU. I bought 4 pulleys for my installation, turned out only 3 were sufficient as these pulleys were a lot longer that I thought and the actual length was not stated. I offered to return 3 and keep one, or return all 4 unopened for credit and buy one from them. ANSWER WAS NO. Not very customer friendly policy. So I ate 3 pulleys, totally unnecessary.

Excellent product!. I ordered Roman Shades for Washington DC client’s rooftop deck. Everything looks like great quality and Cullen (my salesperson at Tenshon) got my custom order delivered in the time he estimated. We are doing the install tomorrow and will add photos to this review after.

I’ve bought 3 different standard sizes of sails to shade a pool deck in the Houston area. They help us to use this straight W facing area across scorching Summer conditions. It’s less work than the umbrella alternative, as you keep them up all the time.
I’ve mostly installed them by myself, just contracted to place 2 poles away from the covered patio. Their design to keep sails under tension – a sleeve around the perimeter of the product where you install wire rope – is perfect. The stretch is mostly in this rope, not in the fabric itself, so it avoids constant re-tensioning. Fabric is exposed to Houston humidity, extreme sun and heat, very strong winds and down pours, and the eventual winter freezes. No sign of degradation or fading so far, this is definitely a good product. Tenshon was also perfect with the purchase and shipping process.

The guys down there are great. From start to finish they are knowledgable, helpful and really help in avoiding mistakes. Their website allows for very easy ordering. Custom made in the states. The shades seem to be great quality and I feel like they will stand behind their product. I would definitely recommend them.

Tenshon provided extensive design build support with quality service. They very knowledgable about fabric structures and they provide a durable HDPE Mesh product that they supported me through design, fabrication and installation. With addition as needed to fine tune the final product. I would highly recommend Tenshon.

I ordered the 18 foot square shade from Tenshon. I installed 4 metal poles and hung the shade sail over my kids’ playground equipment. My hope is that with the shade sail + misting system, the kids will still get outside and play in the backyard during the hot summer months here in Arizona.

The shade sail is high quality, and I appreciated Tenshon’s customer service answering my many questions about installation. I strongly recommend both the product & the great customer service. I am a homeowner and was able to install the shade easily enough once I finished installing the metal poles.
