I can’t say enough wonderful things about Adi and his team at The Golden Tree. They helped transform our backyard into the showplace and playground we had hoped. Redwood fencing, keypad lock gate, landscape lighting, a vegetable garden, a trellis with jasmine, and more. The team was always friendly, knowledgable and professional. We recently hired Adi from Golden Tree Landscaping for my parents house in Calabasas. Adi is a top notch absolute professional from start to finish. He took us to the nursery to help us select our plants, which were low maintenance and drought resistant. He then presented the plant landscaping layout to us the following day in our garden for our approval before planting. We are extremely pleased with their work. And my parents are thrilled with their new garden!

Adi and his team did a beautiful job with the landscaping and hardscaping at our home.
We had very boring landscaping in the front and I always wanted to replace what we had with succulents. We have a large hillside in our backyard and I was tired of looking at a bunch of dirt, dead plants and ugly white irrigation pipes. Adi suggested that we get rid of what I did not like and we could re-locate some of the plants we had to make more sense in the overall plan. Adi met me at a nursery which had thousands of succulents to choose from. He walked me through and showed me what he envisioned. Everything he picked out, I loved! He told me about what color flowers they would have, when they would bloom, how big they would get, etc. Once we ordered the plants, they graded the soil for better drainage, created planters, and installed an all-new irrigation system with drip lines for all of the plants. Adi’s team removed weeds and dead vegetation, trimmed and shaped what we kept, and planted beautiful new succulents. Ground cover was planted which will grow together to cover the ground in between plants so I will not be looking at dirt anymore! Now our hillside is absolutely beautiful and everything is growing in so nicely.

In addition to our landscaping, we did some hardscaping. We had an ugly red stamped concrete driveway that was full of cracks. Adi met me at several stone yards to select pavers. The same pavers were also used for a new walkway with steps leading from the sidewalk to the front door. He also created a low planter around two existing palm trees and filled in the planter with more succulents. On the side of the planter, he put stacked stone to compliment the pavers. Lighting under the steps, along the walkway and in the planters make the house look spectacular at night!

We also worked with Adi to make us new wood gates on each side of our house. We used the same stacked stone on the walls by the gates, which ties everything together.

Throughout the process Adi was so patient. One of the most patient contractors I’ve worked with. I like to see all my options before committing to a decision, but he never rushed me. He just wanted me to be happy. Luis, the lead guy who did the driveway was very professional as was Santos, who was the main guy for the landscaping. Both crews cleaned up at the end of each day and were very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. Adi went above and beyond and had great customer service. I would highly recommend Golden Tree.

We are a construction company serving southern California for over 15 years. Adi and the golden tree are always our first choice for all our landscaping projects. We moved to a new house in 2012. the garden was in a bad condition! We took a couples of estimate, one of them was from The Golden Tree. We got the impression that Adi has a lot experience and is very knowledgeable. He has very pleasant energy and we decided to go with him.
We sat together and planned how to transform our back yard to something that will fit our own style and he gave us great creative ideas. Together we created the perfect design.
The outcome was just as we expected. Moreover, Adi is always responsive in case of emergency or any issue that may rise over time, wether it’s over the phone or when needed onsite. You can tell the job is done out of true love to gardening and landscaping, and when you do something out of love you can always tell.
