Susie and I had interviewed three different pool companies before selecting The Pool Man. The Pool Man was the third custom pool builder we had talked to. Immediately after meeting with their designer, Wes Colby, we knew we made the right choice. He listened to what we had in mind and worked those ideas into the design. He even offered to show us his pool and discuss the features. We would surely recommend Wes Colby and The Pool Man to anyone wanting a custom pool.

Let me start off by saying…we have a small back yard. My brother used The Pool Man and was very happy with their pool so of course, we booked a consultation with one of the designers to see what they could with our space. Wes was our designer and was the only pool company that took notes and photos and listened to our wants for our pool during our consultation time together. It took a couple weeks to get our design back but let me just say that he 100% nailed the design! We were so blown away that we would be able to transform our back yard into such an oasis. I have heard horror stories about construction trades and unfinished projects, etc…and I will say that construction wasn’t perfect and it did take longer than expected to finish our pool which at times was frustrating. We had to wait on trades and things had to be put on hold due to Covid supply chain issues but I will say that The Pool Man always made it right, which is next to impossible these days. The in floor cleaning system keeps the pool crystal clear. No messing around with hoses or bulky equipment. We just have to brush once a week and keep up with the chemicals, so easy! I can’t thank Wes, Jimmy, Adam, Robert and the whole Pool Man team enough for our backyard paradise! We have already made so many memories and we couldn’t be happier with our finished product! My experience with working with The Pool Man Inc. was great! I really enjoyed working with Wes Colby on the sales side. He was very responsive to our needs and offers a fantastic design with all the options that we needed. We love the Pebble Tec finish, spillway, bowls and bubblers with pool. I can’t say enough good things about the in-floor cleaning system, it keeps the pool clean all the time and I do not have to spend time scrubbing the pool floor or dealing with other pool cleaning systems with hoses. I was impressed with the team that dug the pool, spayed gunite and the superintendent who managed the project. Once the pool was completed, Cody provided a great training session for us. Wes and Cody have since been available to me for anything I may need or responding timely to questions. Highly recommend using The Pool Man Inc. We had a fairly solid plan for our design, but Wes made it better; his design improvements gave us a longer pool (I wanted a BIG pool) and a larger spa. Thank you, Wes! The pool and spa are exactly what we envisioned. Dreams came true over here! Wes was always available to answer questions or make suggestions, and he often made me laugh, because while he knows pools inside and out, he also seems to be having a lot of fun selling them. We had a bit of a hiccup with out first superintendent, but he was swiftly replaced by Bryan, who is extremely competent, efficient, and just an all around solid guy. He made the process smooth — excellent communication and follow-through. He was an absolute delight to work with. I knew what to expect and when, and if plans changed, he kept me up to date. Cody and Daniel were awesome as they started up our pool and have been super patient as I’ve asked a million and one questions to get a handle on once again being a pool owner. This experience has shown me first hand that The Pool Man stands behind their product and does whatever is necessary to build a fabulous pool and keep customers happy. I would build another pool with them in a heartbeat (and I would do the in-floor cleaning system again in a heartbeat! We were on the fence in the beginning, but it is SO nice to not have a big piece of equipment in our pool with its cord in the way while we swim! Pool stays sparkling clean without us thinking about it!) The kids love it, the dogs love it, and the grown-ups love it — win, win all around! Highly recommend. Happy building!

I recently built my house and heard about The Pool Man. I spoke to Wes and he showed me a amazing 3D design of how my backyard would look with the pool. Then Jimmy was in charge of the building process and did a fantastic job and made sure everything was on schedule. Lastly Cody showed me in good detail how use the PCC2000 that helps keep the pool very clean.
If you have any kind of pool problem I highly recommend The Pool Man.

There is so much to say! I am completely satisfied with Wes Colby and The pool Man, Inc. Wes is the sales person. He was personable, informative, patient and honest from the very beginning. I knew exactly what I was getting into, the schedule and cost. He’s designed an awesome pool perfect for my family and helped complete the forms for the HOA. Everyone at the company he put me in touch with was just as good and professional. Beginning with Chris and then Bryan who stepped in when the project slowed down and got it moving again and finished on time! Daniel was also excellent! He taught me everything I needed to know about my pool! Then once all was completed Adam, the boss checks for quality assurance! Now I’m working with the landscaper who is just as trustworthy! We had such a wonderful experience with Pool Man Inc. We can not say enough good things about their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and job site cleanliness. Brian and Wes did a wonderful job designing and constructing our pool. We love the PCC2000 cleaning system. It is so easy to use and does such a great job cleaning our whole pool. Wow! What a great experience with The Pool Man. Following an initial meeting to exchange ideas and options, Wes presented us with a fabulous custom design that made full use of our available space while providing just the right balance of features and aesthetics. Bryan, our superintendent, took over from there and truly did an outstanding job in taking our pool from design to completion. Bryan maintained excellent communications with us throughout the project and was always available to answer questions. While being both friendly and very knowledgeable, Bryan ensured all aspects of the job were well coordinated and executed, which allowed our pool to be completed and fully operational in about 7 weeks from start to finish, more than 2 months ahead of schedule.
The Pool Man seamlessly integrated a few change orders from us during construction with no issues, allowing us to make minor adjustments to achieve the exact finished project that we desired. After completion, The Pool Man provided us with a detailed pool school, and then stayed in touch with us to ensure there were no issues with pool operations and final inspections. All went very smoothly. The in-floor cleaning system offered through The Pool Man is fantastic, so be sure to ask about it. I have never had a pool with such low maintenance requirements. The lighted water bowls also add a great deal of beauty and character, well worth the cost.

Our pool-building process was easy from start to finish. Our salesman Wes worked within our budget to design a beautiful pool, even with a few customizations. Then Jimmy led us the rest of the way, through the build and beyond. They are prompt to answer whenever we have a question. The bottom filtration system keeps our pool very clean, even with two dogs regularly taking swims and extensive landscaping and wind.

We, like many others, decided we wanted a pool with our house during Covid. We looked at several different builders before deciding on the Pool Man. We had seen many neighbors deal with problems while building pools over the past year. Many companies dug the pools without finishing gunite, leaving massive holes in their yards for months. Others had delays in materials caused by supply chain issues that left their backyards a mess for 6 months at a time.

The Pool Man’s process from design to build was painless. Supplies were ordered and received before construction started, alleviating any potential delays from that end. They also made sure to schedule the gunite well before construction started, so once our pool was dug it wasn’t long after that it was structurally reinforced and well on it’s way to being finished.

From the design, price, construction schedule, etc, we’ve been very happy with our pool from the Pool Man. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their backyard oasis!

We are the 4th pool built by the Pool Man in our small little community. Great referrals from the first three neighbors and they were right. We have had a pool built before, but this team led by Jimmy was awesome. They also pointed me towards a landscaper and he was awesome as well.

Be careful when you read your contract. Completely open ended to the buyers’ detriment. Had 3 price increases in 3 days just prior to signing. Not worth it. So many other good companies with good service that will listen to your concerns. I have email after email from the salesman that contradict what he represented verbally and in writing. Please beware and read the contract. Don’t go into it trusting – you will be disappointed.

We were very pleased with The Pool Man. Wes Colby and Jimmy Bullock did an excellent job. When designing our pool, Wes used his experience and knowledge to help create our dream pool. This was our first time building a pool and he helped ease our minds and worked with our vision. We are more than happy with how it turned out. We love the features and colors that complement each other just as Wes assured us. When the pool was being built, Jimmy was on top of the construction process. He was always honest and went above and beyond to take care of things. With just a couple minor issues that arose, Jimmy was quick to fix and make sure we were 100% happy and on track. We were in our pool within the time frame they gave us even through the February freeze. Upon completion, Cody Keller kick started us on pool maintenance and was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. They want their clients to have their dream pool and we definitely do!

After two months of use, I can testify that the in-floor cleaning system, UV and ozone systems allow us to safely use less chlorine for a more gentle and comfortable water experience while ensuring hands-free cleaning and effective sanitation. These were well worth the additional investment for these features!
