We had lots of challenges out of our control, weather, tree removal, permitting…but Chris and his team and crew were very communicative. We just finished and our pool is beautiful. I have used Chris over the past 7 years for service and minor work (equipment repairs, etc.). When we needed to update and replace our coping around our pool and spa deck, Thrasher Pool & Spa was my first choice. Got the bid quickly and work began within a week. We also added new brick to the above ground sides of the spa to replace old outdated tiles, the brick matches the house and it looks fantastic. Final project attention to detail and walk through was very reassuring – Chris is focused on customer service and satisfaction.

The shape and slope of the lot itself presented many challenges to Chris and his team but they were determined to build me the pool of my dreams and never gave up! Before building the pool the backyard was a useless space with a very steep slope. Now we have two patios to entertain guest on, and a wonderful pool with a large tanning ledge to enjoy with friends and family. Chris was on site almost every day of construction and the entire project was complete in under 8 weeks. Thrasher is a great team, dedicated to making their customers happy.

Thrasher did a complete gut renovation of our aging pool, surrounding deck and retaining walls. This was a big job. Their estimate was competitive, and we choose them from 3 different capable contractors. We were very pleased with the results. The project was completed on time and on budget. Chris is very knowledgeable about pool design and renovations. Thrasher will advise you as to strategic decisions on your project but not beat you over the head with their opinions. Attention to detail is strong. In terms of communication skills, I was very impressed. Thrasher contacted us nearly every day to update us on the status of the project, and solicit our opinion as to small decisions that had to be made as the project progressed. The pool looks completely new and was updated both aesthetically as well as installing up to date safety and filtration equipment. They were equally capable a doing full hardscape renovation. Many of the companies that we spoke to were not willing to do both aspects of the project but Thrasher did both to our complete satisfaction.
