Purchased a MAAX hot tub here. Within days of their installation and water treatment the water began to become murky and greenish. The technicians did all they could to “fix” the water and could not. We requested a refund but did not receive one. We have since received a new replacement hot tub as MAAX found they had a chemical contamination from a vendor product. The new tub has been installed ( we requested they wait until the weather got warmer as we could not “winterize” at this time; however they insisted on bringing out the new tub despite the weather). We found out about the tub contamination ourselves by speaking to MAAX as Jared, the owner simply belittled our complaints and stated we were exaggerating the problem. He did not take the tub issues seriously at all.
At this point Jordan has tried to take care of the hot tub. Water care was offered for a few months to make up for the months of non-usability and we had appreciated this effort. However, no one has been able to use the hot tub due to the cold weather. So, no one has even been in the tub and in less than three weeks we find the greenish murky water is back, despite weekly treatment by top of Utah technicians. We have noticed that there are sales going on at this store…buyer beware is all I can say.
