Universal Pool and Spa turned my backyard into a resort! We added an Infinity Pool with a 10 ft. tall faux rock waterfall, a spa and a grotto with pre historic looking prints inside and other things that were so creative. The kids and all of their friends love it. We then had them add 5000sf of pavers, three fire pits a cabana area along with a 4 hole mini golf course. We were VERY happy with universal and have already recommended them to others in our community. One of the best things about work with them is their communication. From the 1st phone call with Jeremiah, to the time they drove away for the the last time, we were informed about what to expect on every phase of our project.

I would not recommend Universal Pool and Spa. They were five months behind schedule and $20,000 over budget. They do not warranty their work. They make numerous costly errors and try to blame it on the customer. The owner is not on the job site and only shows up to collect money. He does not follow through with anything and refuses to warranty his shoddy work. They also installed cheaper pool equipment than what was in the contract. When I noticed this, they never offered an apology and it took 3 months to have the correct equipment installed. Then they tried to bill me for installation. My pool leaked immediately after it was completed and it took another 2 months for them to show up to look at it. There are much better contractors. Stay away from Universal Pool and Spa.

Universal Pool & Spa earned our business by listening to us, understanding our needs and desires for a pool and spa. They presented outstanding design ideas that fit our vision. They communicated well throughout the building process, and provided an excellent product at a fair price. Our new yard (pool & spa) has turned our home and backyard into a showplace that our family and friends admire and enjoy!

I am in real estate. I buy homes, fix them up and re-sell. I have used Universal for the last few projects of mine and am extremely happy with them. They have done varied types of work such as; pool installation, waterfall, spa and BBQ Island. They are very easy to work with and, have helped me design beautiful pools and spas. It is done on a computer program they have and I love it. I am able to see the design in the space and can tell what it will look like. Beautiful work done on time and affordable. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for the houses I purchase.

When my husband and I were trying to find a contractor to add a spa to our existing pool, our neighbors told us about Universal Pool & Spa. They had used them to create their pool and outdoor BBQ Island. We went to see their back yard and we were astonished. The whole thing was just perfect. It was very well designed and functional. I did not think it would be in our budget to do anything like they did, but to our amazement Universal Pool & Spa worked with us and now we have whole thing; pool and BBQ Island.! Recently I got an in-ground pool designed and installed from Universal Pool & Spa. I did a lot of research regarding companies to go with and was very impressed to find them highly ranked in Qualified Remodeler Magazine. I also chose them based on reviews and other customer comments and basically liked them from our first phone call. The whole process was an absolute delight. Nothing in the planning process was pressured or pushed onto me. Everything was about what I wanted in a pool and was given expert advice and design options along with courteous and professional service. These people are great! The project came in within my budget and I am very pleased. *****
