It features 10 feet ceiling, Subzero, Wolf appliances, Restoration Hardware lighting fixture, Altman plumbing fixture, Emtek hardware, European hard wood windows, wood windows. The California room is so designed to be part of the great room as well as part of the master suite.
A circular firepit surrounded by an informal patio consisting of widely spaced irregular flagstones with Creeping Jenny (Lysimachia nummularia ‘Aurea’) growing between them, and a semi-circular fieldstone sitting wall at the back. This was designed and built by Outdoor Expressions with the help of a former employee of ours.
This stunning patio is constructed of all natural and local materials. The patio itself is Colorado Buff flagstone, the bench is built of Siloam stone, and the seating boulders and natural gas fire pit are Broadmoor boulders
