I do not recommend using Anthony & Sylvan Pools. We are 17 weeks into what was supposed to be an 8-10 week build and there is no end in sight.
They make promises about work being done, then never show up. When they do show up, the quality of their work is terrible and has to be re-done multiple times. Their crew is reckless and has caused damage to our A/C units as well as their own equipment they installed.
The structure of our pool doesn’t match the plans. The equipment they installed has been leaking for over a month and they refuse to fix it. Our “pool” sits for weeks without any work being done.
I tried reaching out to their corporate office and nobody returns my calls/messages.
It was a huge mistake going with Anthony & Sylvan Pools and I would recommend you go with another builder.
