All we can say is “WOW”. This was the best and most enjoyable experience we have had with a contractor. Money was a huge factor for us as it is for most people. Clive took our vision and out it into an affordable transformation. Other contractors/ companies just gave us one, very expensive option. Outdoor Artisan was able to use the terrain in our backyard to incorporate exactly what we wanted.

There were no unexpected issues. Any on the job installation issues were noticed by the company and corrected before we even had a chance to say anything. It is obvious that they take pride in their work and are out to achieve full customer satisfaction.

We would highly recommend their services and we will be using them for future projects.

We were very excited to work with Clive and had a great consultation and initial plans drawn up. We paid a nice chunk of money for drawings but when it came time to quote out the work, we were informed he was overwhelmed and would work on it as soon as possible. Now almost 2 months later, I am told our project is too large as they needed to restructure and only take on small projects.

It would have been nice to know that our project was too big for them to begin with on the front end. Any of the above could be true but I honestly have no way of knowing and would highly caution you to reconsider this company.

We had an excellent experience with Outdoor Artisan. We were not very sure what we wanted and Clive and his associates had great ideas and came up with a design better than we could have ever thought of. Everyone involved with working on our project were very professional, prompt, and hard working and they cleaned up nicely when finished. The workmanship is absolutely beautiful! The end product is better than we could have ever imagined. We would highly recommend them to transform any of your outdoor space!

I cannot even begin to put into words how highly I recommend Outdoor Artisan, Inc.! Within a few minutes after showing Clive my then drab backyard, I knew he was the guy for the job. All I did was tell him the basics of what I wanted, and from there his excitement for the potential of my outdoor space was contagious as his design ideas started flowing. His initial design plan was amazing, but he didn’t stop there… In the early stages of construction Clive was on site daily to oversee the progress, and he tweaked several aspects of the the design plan to make it even MORE beautiful and functional without changing original cost estimate whatsoever. Clive wasn’t the only one who impressed me. The entire Outdoor Artisan team couldn’t have been more friendly, professional and genuinely concerned for my COMPLETE satisfaction with every detail of my project… From Tracie setting up my initial consultation with Clive, Clive’s ingenious design plan, Jason’s talent and vision for the design of my cabana and fireplace, the construction expertise of Antonio and all of the guys on his crew, to Tim (always first to arrive on the job site) loving on my dogs everyday and even Tracie’s dad, Bruce who took gorgeous photos of my space… They are good people, all so incredibly talented, and they take pride in what they do! I couldn’t love my outdoor space any more… they made sure of that!

I’ve been struggling to come up with the words to describe how impressed we were with Outdoor Artisan. As other reviewers have mentioned, their service and dedication is beyond compare. Clive came highly recommended and after meeting with him the first time we knew right away that he was the person for the job. The design he brought to us simply blew us away. He is a true artist with an incredible talent that’s hard to explain until you experience it. Every detail is thought out: the planting of a tree in relation to the sun, the position of a boulder… What we found to be just as impressive is that everyone with Outdoor Artisan shares that same dedication and passion. Jason, our project manager, was outstanding! Always available, quick to answer any questions we had and offering his own suggestions along the way. The entire Outdoor Artisan team, from the office to the stone cutters, were such a pleasure to work with and gave us a space that is not only beautiful but functional as well.
