Dean and his service team (Rob) are outstanding. Not only does Aloha Pools build a great pool, they have the best “after the sale” service around. I have been using them for 9 years after they built my pool, and they are very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and very fair in their pricing/costs. After evaluating several pool builders, we went with Aloha Pools. We worked with their design team to create a beautifully integrated outdoor living space for our home. Construction debris was kept to a minimum throughout the process and Dean, the owner responded quickly and throughly during all phases. We are very pleased and delighted to enjoy the pool but more importantly to know that it was built properly and with careful attention to the small details. You really have to trust the builder when you dig a big hole and pour 21,000 gallons of water into it!

Aloha Pools was recommended by a neighbor and was the best decision we made in our home. They worked with us to capture our goals of having a yard and a pool on our .33 lot and a shallow tanning ledge for our small children to play while digging through granite rock to be able to support the diving board depth desired by the older children. We absolutely love the results and will build again with them and highly recommend them to others!!

We contracted Aloha Pools for an in-ground pool. While the work took much longer than anticipated given the estimate of 6-8 weeks (actually took 12 weeks from Mar to end June), the end product is fantastic. We kept to budget, though the schedule was never “firm” until the last couple of weeks. All of the trades were great to work with. The quality of the work is excellent. We love the pool. And the travertine hardscape is beautiful.

This is the 2nd pool project I have completed with Aloha Pools. The first was back in 2009 and after we sold that home, we decided to build another pool at this current home and immediately decided on Aloha Pools. We decided to construct the exact same pool because it was such a great design the first time and it would have been hard to improve on the design to be quite honest. Aloha has very genuine, honest and capable people that work on all aspects of the pool process. From the beginning of the design process right through to the end. I would use Aloha on any future pool projects without a doubt. The most important part is the service after the sale. Many companies just disappear after they have your money, but it is important to this company that you are continually satisfied with their product, even after completion. You will be happy with this team!

Aloha Pools worked alongside our general contractor on a large home renovation. Aloha designed and built our swimming pool and hot tub in accordance with a master plan remodel. Pool and equipment quality is undeniable and all crews were professional, neat, and courteous. Budgets were clear prior to construction and work was completed in a timely manner when weather permitted.

Dean, the owner, has been very responsive to questions and concerns since the pool was completed. We are very excited with our result.

That being said, we were slightly surprised when requesting certain features to be included. Our desire for bar stools in the pool and water jets in the pool coping were met with refusal by pool designer without much explanation. We have seen these features in many other pools, and remain perplexed over why we couldn’t have them in ours.

I hereby give Aloha Pools my highest recommendation!

Aloha built a 20K gallon plaster pool in a kidney shape with a ground level spa. Our back yard was a challenge due to the nature of the slope. We had a 13 degree slant and they were able to level it, construct a retaining wall and build a great looking pool. I also had a large space under my deck that was covered and not being utilized. They dug it out and extended the pool decking under the deck to increase the living space, We selected Aloha among 4 companies as they provided the best plan and design for the challenge, The pool was constructed over the winter months and took a little longer than planned due to the weather. We were not in any hurry and the Aloha team kept us informed of the project phases, timing requirements and lastly built a quality pool that we are quite happy with.

Aloha Pools installed a custom gunite pool for us in 2014/2015. The entire process was completed in a professional manner using quality materials. As with any construction project there are always little bumps because of weather or other issues. Our project manager was always there to assure us that all issues would be remedied in a timely manner. The construction site was kept clean and free of unnecessary debris. We have contacted Aloha customer service a few times with questions about pool equipment and chemicals and we were not sent to voicemail but instead pleasantly greeted by the owner, Dean or the customer service manager. We highly recommend Aloha Pools !

We had Aloha Pools help us bring our vision of our pool/ hot tub and fireplace to reality. Fantastic end result. There is not an issue with our finished result I would have done otherwise. The pool design is first class and the fit and finish of the masonry absolutely top notch.

Aloha Pools was fantastic to work with. They were attentive to what we wanted, reworked the design until we were satisfied and were hands on supervising every day. The results are amazing and it is a one of a kind because we had a lot of input into the design of the waterfall. We designed it as a creek running down a hill and emptying into our pool. Rocks lining the side of the pool sit below the water’s edge so it looks like a real natural pool. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to “help” design their pool to their exact wants. They have a great portfolio for design ideas or you can go online and look at other pools to find something that you like and they will build it for you.

From the initial consultation, pool design, material selection and construction, this team was timely, professional, and accurate with their work. It’s obvious that each group from Aloha Pools that came to work on various stages of pool installation were quality orientated. They responded to questions quickly and never indicated that our questions were bothersome or “stupid”. We are highly satisfied with the craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality of their work. We would use them again and highly recommend them. Larry, Pete and Rob are a rare team who communicate well, are well connected to other organizations necessary to have a pool (fence, water delivery, etc.) and perform their work exceptionally well.
