I am so very pleased with CDC. Pool they have been outstanding and very professional….Cassie who I spoke to the first time was very understanding of the needs I needed to finish my pool….the foreman Ron for the job had an excellent crew…always on time and also professional…I would recommend them 150 percent…to do a job well done….my pool turned out great and can’t wait to swim
Working with CDC to remodel our 1960s-era diving pool was a smooth, hassle-free experience. Sales rep Jerry Herzog was patient and helpful throughout the process, giving us several options without ever putting a hard sell on us when it came to upgrades. He was especially patient when we spent hours in the CDC showroom choosing tiles for the waterline and our vintage water feature. When we weren’t thrilled with the coping options, he procured samples he found in Houston and delivered them to our house, and he took us to a tile/paver facility in West Phoenix to help us make our decision.
Project manager Ray Bazan kept us in the loop and never misled us or over-promised when it came to the timeline. He made sure the chip-out staff, the electricians and plumbers (we re-did ALL the 1960s plumbing around the pool), and the surface team (we went with Eco-FINISH; highly recommended) arrived when he said they would (give or take a day on occasion).
After all was said and done, we were not totally satisfied with the grout work, so Jerry and Ray quickly rectified the situation, getting a grout specialist out to the house within a day or two to fix the flaws.

We decided to redo our 15 yea old plaster pool. We met many vendors at the Home & Garden Show. After having at least 15 vendors come out to our home in Gilbert we decided to go with CDC Pools . Cassie Selle was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. The pricing was upfront, we were kept informed every step of the way, the project stayed on schedule, and the staff was professional and courteous. Excellent experience!
We recently had our 30+ year old pool remodeled by CDC pools. New pebble tech, tile, cool deck and filter system. Cassie, our sales person was great! She helped us with picking out the right colors for everything. It was also nice that they had a showroom where you could see all the different finishes that were available. From start to finish, the job went well. Ray, the job supervisor, kept in touch with us and let us know when things were going to happen. The overall experience was great and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending CDC pools to anyone who needed a pool remodel!
The entire staff at CDC Pools has been professional, knowledgeable and very helpful to us during the design and choosing the best options for us. They knew our budget and did everything they could to keep us within it. The foreman kept us updated during each step of the work and did everything in his power to make sure the work was completed in a timely manner. Whenever we asked questions the sales staff and foreman were quick to answer. We could not have been happier with CDC and their staff..
CDC exceeded expectations. They were knowledgeable and thorough. Cassie was prompt and courteous. They nimbly worked their scheduling around us and the pool progressed steadily, in spite of juggling our two pups. The finished product looks amazing!
The only reason we can’t give them a 5-star is that we didn’t always know they were going to show up. Better scheduling communication would have been helpful on several occasions in the process. However, overall quality is extremely high!
CDC pools did and amazing job on refinishing my pools interior, they worked on my schedule and we’re on time.
Starting with Cassie through all of the installers on the job, professionalism, response time and attention to detail we never lacking. The new pool looks fantastic.
Hired CDC to resurface my pool. I’m very pleased with the start process Hired and the finish. Everything was done in time as agreed, material used and of course the work done by the workers all was superb. I already recommended CDC pool and the Rep.i to couple of my friends.

CDC did a fantastic job redoing our pool. Our pool was old and tired. We tried to power wash and patch it up ourselves but it was an epic fail. Since CDC redid the pool, the kids now want to swim in the pool again!
I just had my pool refinished by CDC Pools and couldn’t be happier. They started as scheduled, notified the day before any one of their crew was coming, and finished on time. All their techs were polite and took the time to answer all my questions. Only a few things on the punch list when done and were taken care of right away. I would definitely recommend them.
