He listened to what we were looking for, took our thoughts and perfected them into both paper and 3d images prior to project start. Excellent customer service with owner present through every step of the process. Easy to reach, answers all questions. Very neat, perfectionist. Highest quality workmanship. Honest. Competitive pricing. We love our pool and spa… exactly what we wanted and more, a definite show stopper!

We were considering another (much larger) pool company when we decided to switch to Anthony and Poseidon Pools. Why? First, he is a great designer. Second, he gave us additional features that we weren’t expecting. Drains above the pool in the concrete are working exactly as designed in this wet winter. Finally, my wife’s comment was that the computer generated photos while great do not do justice to the finished product! Our backyard is now essentially maintenance free and we are looking forward to next summer. I cannot say enough about my great experience working with Anthony. You will not regret it.

Anthony, with Poseidon Pools was very professsional, used the best contractors and built us a beautiful resort pool and spa. The landscape team was also awesome and I’d use them again for other projects. While the pool build went beyond the projected timeframe it was worth it, because the work was done well. He would always answer our questions, provide all the options and execute. He’s a man that cares about his family with great integrity. Only advice, get all your desired extras up front and include it in the price, because your going to want them anyway!

It is now August 2016 and never did hear from Rob who told me he would come by and fix the cracks in the concrete. Of course, Anthony has not made one effort to contact me to see how things are going, his follow up after the first year was zero!

Anthony never did return my calls but Rob came by to take a look at my concerns and he has addressed several of the problems and is responding nicely! That’s great news and he has given me a renewed confidence in the work he did, I now understand better, what was going – a little communication always helps!

Had Anthony design and build our pool, it came out OK but since one of his concrete contractors (Rob) went out of business, he left us with cracks in our concrete and a poor coloring job around the pool edges. He also left a lot of concrete pieces buried in the ground behind the pool and now the cypresses he planted there, are not growing. He also left us with a drip system that is not connected in certain areas and I’m afraid it’s leaking. I’ve left several messages for Anthony but he’s not returning my calls.

Anthony is a true professional and we give him our highest recommendation. He always showed up on time for scheduled appointments and returned calls in a very timely manner. Anthony listened to what my wife and I wanted and greatly enhanced an existing pool design. His estimates were extremely accurate and there were no surprises throughout the process. His sub-contractors were great to work with and like Anthony, always showed up on time.

He built a unique pool that complements our existing landscaping. Anthony is personally involved in every step of the process and makes sure everything is completed to his and our expectations. If you are looking for a pool that goes beyond the basic cookie cutter design, call Anthony.

We hired Anthony for a large pool remodel project

Pros: Excellent quality and we are happy with everything that was done. Anthony takes your concerns and fixes them including changes as the job proceeds and you want to alter things here and there. If there is ever a problem Anthony responds with solutions and gets the job done. We had very few cost increases during construction and most were at our request… his pricing was very accurate which is always great with contractors! Subcontractors were all great to work with.

Cons: Communication gaps sometimes with remembering requests; not a huge problem and he responds quickly. Timeliness of completion was our biggest concern as we waited often for subcontractors to be available and the job took longer than originally discussed.

Overall Anthony wants you to be happy and will work to make sure it is done to your satisfaction!

We had a pool that was 23 years old and needed every thing redone. We had Anthony out to give us a quote and time line of the project. He was very helpful and able to fit us in when we wanted to get started.
The process was easy and we now have a totally refreshed new pool. All new equipment, latest and greatest. Pebble sheen finish with our own custom tile design! We are delighted.

Our process started with obtaining numerous quotes for building our pool and spa. We spent months working out the design, as my husband and I had very different ideas going into the project. Anthony remained patient and willing to render numerous drawings, bounce around ideas on paper, spray paint it on our lawn, etc. He was super easy going and honest. He was also very detailed in the proposal and contract writing, which gave us reassurance that we wouldn’t have any surprises. We had a strict budget and he helped us get everything we wanted without exceeding it.

Throughout our build, he was super responsive to every call, text or email. With the exception of one, his subcontractors were professional, did great work and spoke well of Anthony (Poseidon Pools). In regards to the work we had an issue with, Anthony understood our concern and rectified the situation to our satisfaction. No hassle, no awkward conversations, just resolution!
