Pool installation went fine. They use faulty Hayward pumps that fail often in Phoenix heat. These basically are not repairable and must be replaced for around a thousand dollars. Research Hayward pumps and you’ll find overwhelming numbers of failures by customers. Dolphin Pools knows about this and yet continues to use and sell this product. If you are out of warranty, pony up your thousand dollars and find someone else because they will not work with you nor replace/repair anything. They recommend you go elsewhere to have it fixed! Imagine that! Their warranty/customer service sure needs an upgrade.

Dolphin was wonderful to work with. All items were completed on time with our new build and the communication back and forth was also timely and very effective. Everything that was provided in our initial estimate was completed, no questions asked. We even had to add some extra decking to the project ad hoc which the company did for us without extending out the deadline for completion. Everything was extremely smooth! Thank you Dolphin for getting our pool completed!!

I hired this company on a recommendation what a joke. I signed the contract on June 4,2017 and as of August 21, 2017. The only thing they have done is get the permits and mark for the pool. I hired people to pull out all the pavers and brick. Take up the fake grass. I finally got mad called them and said I was done waiting. Miraculously a few minutes later they could be there in half hour. NO THANK YOU.

I spent a lot of hard earned money on my new Dolphin Pool and Patio and unfortunately it has not been a very positive experience. I have never been allowed to speak to the owners or general manager, despite numerous requests to do so; only the sales manager. In the first year all the following occurred – the Pebble Sheen started to erode and fade in several areas and after a lot of back and forth, Dolphin finally agreed to drain and acid was the surface. The grout in a few places fell out. The pool cartridge leaked. The pop-up heads for the in-floor cleaning system have gotten stuck on several occasions. The modem/router that operates the remote pool controls failed repeatedly. And the travertine patio has been nothing but a headache in every way imaginable, including poor drainage. And I am not even going to go into construction and set-up issues and concerns because those would take another paragraph to explain. Suffice to say, Dolphin will not be at the top of my list the next time that I purchase a new pool.

I am so excited about my new pool! Dolphin Pools and Spas built a beautiful new swimming pool in a very timely manner. Construction began on October 2, 2014 and the pool was completed on October 31, 2014. Everyone I had the pleasure of working with was professional, friendly, helpful, realistic, and knowledgeable. The entire pool construction process was thorough and excellent! I am going to enjoy my new pool for many years, thanks to Dolphin and the great people there who made this possible. I had wonderful help from Eric in designing my pool. He was so clever and creative! George was the Superintendent, and he was super attentive to each and every phase during construction. Melanie, Barb, and Tanya made sure I knew who was coming and when each phase would be completed. The contractors were great, punctual, and professional. Les was instrumental in teaching me how to use the hi-tech pool equipment and get the chemicals up and running. I am so happy I chose Dolphin for my backyard transformation. The pool colors, tile choices, step trims, and acrylic decking are all fantastic! Everyone I worked with was honest and realistic with my plans and ideas. Thank you so much for everything! I would highly recommend Dolphin to anyone looking to build a pool and spa. They treated me well and took care of every little detail. I am so happy! 🙂
