The crew at Shasta, from Scott in Sales, to Lindsey for project management, to Andrew the site manager, were all fabulous – Very customer focused and Everyone wanted the pool renovation to be perfect. Each phase was completed and inspected. We now have a modern, salt water pool, with a functioning floor cleaning system. Lindsey was very proactive and communicated regularly – she was great. Andrew went above and beyond but returning several times to clean out the floor system and provide salt until everything worked perfectly – like it was his own pool. I am very satisfied with Shasta – the price, product, and service make for a great experience. thank you, dave

Starting with Wally Dykert, and continuing with Amber, Natalie, Brianna, Sarah, Lindsey, and Mark — I found the team to be consistently responsive to my inquiries and excellent in keeping me up to date throughout the process. Your startup professional, Esteban was a pleasure to work with as well. We’ve paid Shasta Pools 90% of the bid as they requested and 11 mos later, it is still not completed AND worse yet, their crews are using our pool as their dumpster! It is absolutely disgusting. We are so embarrassed! I can’t imagine what the neighbors must think!!!! I urge anyone thinking to going with Shasta to read current reviews! They have a track record of disappointing a lot of people!!!
