We paid up front for this company to remodel our pool. They told us it would be completed in two weeks. It is now almost 3 months later and they have abandoned the job. The owner Bryon was such a smooth talker at the beginning of the project and promised all sorts of stuff would be done by certain times. It was one excuse after another why they couldn’t complete our pool. We purchased all new equipment and had all new mini pebble put in. We are having chunks of the pebble come off the ground in the pool. The quality of workmanship is very poor. The company doesn’t respond to calls or texts. We have had to go to BBB and AZ Registrar of contractors to go after the bond to get our money so we can have someone else fix the mess they started and complete our job. We have no warranty information that was to come with the equipment that we purchased. We can’t even have the parts under warranty fixed-brand new equipment and we have already had it not working. Save your time and money and stay clear of this company.

Element pools says they stand by their work and are committed to the upmost excellent service…..however, still not finished and they still have not contacted us to let us know when they will be finishing the job. I wouldn’t get roped into Bryon Guytons smooth talking tactics. He’ll take your money and run.
