Above The Grade Landscape company is without a doubt absolutely first class. It is small enough to work closely one on one with it’s clients to provide custom work on landscapes, decks, lawn installation and stone work. They also have completed small stream modifications, ponds, and waterfalls. Their website contains stunning photographs of their completed work. Their focus is on artistic custom landscape design and build that also helps provide better protection from wildfire and nearby structure fires. Their clients that I am acquainted with have been absolutely delighted to see results that are gorgeous as well as providing a high degree of structure protection. Some clients have been able to obtain reduces homeowners insurance rates providing long term savings.

Brian and Cheri are great to work with. I had a bare backyard with an idea. They came up with a lovely concept that fit my ideal backyard. After 38 years the grass at my mothers townhouse needed replaced.

Brian & Cheri gave us a bid, we liked it and accepted.

They did the job in one day, removing old sod and bringing the dirt down to sidewalk grade. Put in compost and laid 640 sq ft of new sod.

Great cleanup after the job was complete.

This company provided superb landscape design and build. My previous landscaping was minimal. Brian and Cheri came out and looked over the property, took pictures, talked with me and my family to get a feel of what we had in mind and what sort of things we liked, stood inside the house to get a feel for how it would appear looking out the windows… and in a few weeks came up with a super design. It complemented the house style, blended in with the natural colors of the property, and really enhanced the whole feel of the place. The build phase was fast and professional, and they constantly made sure that I liked how it was progressing or if I wanted a mid-course change (I didn’t). I am extremely pleased with this company, and have asked them to come back again in 2017 for even more extensive work.
