Aqua Blue Pools is a qualified pool company in South Carolina that builds nice pools, but they have the worst customer service which is why I would definitely use another pool building company. They do not follow up and return and phone calls with any existing problems with their pool installs. We met with both Paul Straight and John Murray and built pools and neither returned our calls and followed up with problems we were having with our pool.

My husband and I have been enjoying our Aqua Blue pool and spa since completion just before the holidays. Our pool service and mainteance have been provided by the Aqua Blue service team since Day #1, and we could not be more pleased! We’ve had a couple different service techs over the months, and both have been extremely professional, responsive and thorough. Throughout the recent summer months, Jackson Lethco has been taking care of our pool and spa. He has been such a pleasure with whom to work, and we’ll miss him when he returns to College this Fall (although we have no worries that John Pittman will see to it that we have another tech equally as competent and responsive as Jackson). I might also add that Nicole Osborne with their accounting department has been nothing short of amazing and always willing to go above and beyond to assist.
