The owner of Atlantis Pools personally did the grading work to prepare our backyard for the pool. He is a perfectionist who accepts nothing less than the best, and his demand for quality work was evident throughout the project.

The service experience throughout the entire project was excellent! Anytime we had questions or concerns, Atlantis answered our inquiries immediately and always resolved them to our satisfaction.

The timeline for the pool build was also excellent! We thought it would take longer than it did to complete, but the pool was finished several weeks before we expected it to be done.

The final product is absolutely gorgeous and the attention to detail is evident.

Before deciding on Atlantis, we got several other quotes/proposals from different pool companies. We decided on Atlantis because it was obvious during our initial meeting with them that they had a higher standard of quality and wanted to listen to what we wanted and work with us to build the custom pool we desired. We recently had a pool and extensive stonework completed by Atlantis Pools. If you are starting the process, I can give you one piece of advice. Enjoy the process of designing your perfect pool, but don’t stress over who should do it. That part is easy – Atlantis is the best in Atlanta.

During the design stage, they listened to our vision and offered their own experience to come with the ideal design. We never felt pressured or “sold to” and were completely at ease in discussing our decision process. The quote provided was detailed and realistic. Atlantis was flexible through the design but were set in regard to quality construction standards.

Once we committed, Kelly was an invaluable resource in coordinating details and timing of events. She was knowledgeable and organized in sharing information about both the process, permits and each of the products that we needed to choose. She was patient and generous with her time.

The day of the dig was an exciting kickoff! Bruce not only manned the first scoop (and many after), Brian and Bruce continued to orchestrate the introduction of additional crews, Bernie was frequently onsite during critical points in the project as well as general check-ins to keep everything on point.

Atlantis Pools and Spas built us the pool of our dreams. Our backyard is a true slice of paradise in Alpharetta, Georgia. Bruce, Brian, Bernie and Kelly were all very easy to work with. We love our pool! The team at Atlantis won our business because they had vision and obvious expertise. They were the only company out of 4 interviewed that brought back a 3d design of the proposed project which allowed us to see what our backyard could be. We wanted an 18 x 36 linear pool with a raised beam that featured a 6×9 centered spa and they absolutely hit a home run!
Granted, nobody expected a global pandemic to hit which added to the duration of the project but they communicated throughout and did the best they could. Kelly, Bruce & Brian were great to work with, we couldn’t be happier!

Atlantis Pools was an excellent choice for these first time pool owners. We could tell that they knew their stuff from the first phone call. Between Bruce, Brian & Kelly, there was nothing they hadn’t seen before or handled. We had to deal with county variance issues, and they walked us through it step by step, which would’ve been very intimidating. They put the most beautiful pool in the smallest yard you’ve ever seen…and it’s fantastic! Outdoor kitchen, too! All the Atlantis workers we talked to were excellent, plus any contractors (gas, fencing, landscaping) were the best we’ve dealt with, and had some of the best prices. Very impressed with all aspects of the process, and we are using the HECK out of this pool!! Highly recommend these guys!!

We had the most enjoyable, fun, and non stressful experience with Atlantis Pools installing our pool!
In the past our family has completed many construction projects, we even installed a plunge pool 3 years previously. Our experience with other pool companies and even some other home projects has been negative and stressful. I was actually reluctant to put a pool in because I did not want to deal with being taken advantage of, poor craftmanship, and incomplete work.
However, after meeting with Kelly ( we met with 7 pool companies) I knew she was the one to choose, especially when she handed me the huge packet of positive reviews including contact info. Also, her pool rendering was so beautiful, no comparison to the other pool companies ideas. Kelly knew exactly our taste after walking our property for an hour or so. Very artistic and talented women.

Kelly and Bruce were amazing to work with. They turned our dream of owning a pool in GA into a reality, they do some amazing work. Our backyard is now a wilderness oasis thanks to the mazing work. The design process and construction took no time at all given the massive effort it took to re-grade and build out our yard for a pool. Top notch work and they even set us up with a landscaper (Miguel) who did some mazing work to tie it all together. Don’t be fooled by others quoting lower costs, Kelly knows her stuff and she came in on budget and the work is quality.
