Kathy is so knowledgeable, listens to your needs, and designs a pool based on your budget. Of all the designs we received, Kathy’s design was far superior to other builders. In addition, Kathy provides quality equipment, offers solutions to any issues that may arise, and is so efficient in coordinating crews (even in the midst of a pandemic). The crews she uses are so professional and absolute experts in their field. Her project manager, Manny was there to supervise every step of the build, and we had such a piece of mind with him being there to oversee everything. We are so thankful to Kathy, Manny, and their crews for creating such an amazing pool that is sure to bring memories with our family.

We interviewed 2 builders prior to building our pool in Magnolia. Kathy and Manny came to the house and talked to us about what we were looking for and gave great advice on how to get the pool we wanted. She was always responsive and very professional in all the responses she had. We changed a couple things during the build and she was very quick and very fair with any change requests we made. What amazed me the most is when I hear of others taking many months to get things done, we were dirt to swimming in 30 days. The stone subcontractor she used was an artist. We could not be happier. This is the 3rd pool we have built in the Houston area. This was the best experience and the best value by far. You can’t go wrong with Best Backyard Pools.

Very easy to work with and accommodated any changes or needs we had. We had issues on dig day that were underground wiring problems. Kathy was right there and had a solution for every issue.
Since the pool has been finished, they have answered all questions. We have been able to contact her pool guy after having pool school with additional questions. We fee very knowledgeable now about our pool.

Kathy was involved personally every step of the way from design, to build, to final punch-list items. She was always accessible and responsive throughout the process.
Another person I know that builds pools came by and commented on the quality of the build and told me that she did a quality job on the aspects that you can’t see (i.e. plumbing, decking, gunite, etc). And on the things you can see, it’s obviously beautifully done.

My experience with Best Backyard Pools couldn’t have been any better. Kathy made sure that everything was done right the first time and she gave me the sense of feeling that I had nothing to worry about. She made double sure I knew everything that was going on and what was to come before I could even ask. My pool is literally exactly what I expected to the tee plus some! The pool startup and school was flawless and Kathy made sure every question had an answer. I noticed that she took care and had great relationships with all the workers during each phase. Doing so made the workers want to do a good job because of her kindness towards them.
