Okay…where to start..I normally don’t ever post a review about any company but I felt like I had to do it so I can help others and save people time and avoid going through this process and getting stress with this company. We dont like to give bad reviews about companies but I just feel so bad with the people that already signed and for those about to. They are very unprofessional, communication is horrible and their overall service is the worst! These company doesn’t have a face or a person to be responsible for their mistakes or to answer concerns and questions. At the beginning when they wanted us to sign with them Joe was responsive and always there (He is a great guy) sadly the company wants him to be the face of the company for every issue but they don’t keep him inform and therefore he never has the accurate information. Their “Office” NEVER answers the phone!! Manuel the owner NEVER answers and is always hiding from problems. We knew that building a pool was going to bring problems here and there and that it could take a littler longer than expected BUT this is RIDICULOUS!!! We had to call many times so they can put a plastic fence around the pool because we didn’t have one and still don’t have one. We have 4 little kids and a dog who haven’t been able to play in my back yard because these incompetent company cant do the job. Every step of the process has been a problem with them. They installed the wrong title in my pool and tried to lie to us saying that it was the right one. We went to the store they work with and we picked our choice. 12/16 – ONE MONTH LATER……..WE’RE TOLD THE GLASS TILE IS ON “BACK-ORDER” EVEN THOUGH BOB – AND TILE PLUS HAD THE TILE THE ENTIRE TIME. Luckily we noticed the difference. It was a huge problem for them to change it and even though it was their fault, we had to pay all the new material. The copping..We went and picked or copping for the pool. They went got it and brought it broken to my house. I was the one to noticed that they were short on material and that they were ALL broken. Every little task or job they cant seem to get it right. My husband and I had to take days off work to go to Tampa and pick up the material because even though we had picked our copping way ahead of time and these company took forever to get it, there was no longer more. We had to go to Tampa and get it ourselves and load it on and off (very heavy marble). Their workers have a bad attitude. We are nice people, very humble and never try to look for problems. We offer them water, chips, drinks because we feel bad with this hot weather..but they just don’t care. We normally come out and say “hi good morning” and they will look at you dirty. Will leave all the chips and bottle water trash in your backyard. I had to pick it up myself with husband. They messed up the pool (have proof of this) that they ordered the plaster. Its been a year and 2 months. Do your self a favor and DONT SIGN WITH THEM! They are full of excuses!!
