Okay…where to start..I normally don’t ever post a review about any company but I felt like I had to do it so I can help others and save people time and avoid going through this process and getting stress with this company. We dont like to give bad reviews about companies but I just feel so bad with the people that already signed and for those about to. They are very unprofessional, communication is horrible and their overall service is the worst! These company doesn’t have a face or a person to be responsible for their mistakes or to answer concerns and questions. At the beginning when they wanted us to sign with them Joe was responsive and always there (He is a great guy) sadly the company wants him to be the face of the company for every issue but they don’t keep him inform and therefore he never has the accurate information. Their “Office” NEVER answers the phone!! Manuel the owner NEVER answers and is always hiding from problems. We knew that building a pool was going to bring problems here and there and that it could take a littler longer than expected BUT this is RIDICULOUS!!! We had to call many times so they can put a plastic fence around the pool because we didn’t have one and still don’t have one. We have 4 little kids and a dog who haven’t been able to play in my back yard because these incompetent company cant do the job. Every step of the process has been a problem with them. They installed the wrong title in my pool and tried to lie to us saying that it was the right one. We went to the store they work with and we picked our choice. 12/16 – ONE MONTH LATER……..WE’RE TOLD THE GLASS TILE IS ON “BACK-ORDER” EVEN THOUGH BOB – AND TILE PLUS HAD THE TILE THE ENTIRE TIME. Luckily we noticed the difference. It was a huge problem for them to change it and even though it was their fault, we had to pay all the new material. The copping..We went and picked or copping for the pool. They went got it and brought it broken to my house. I was the one to noticed that they were short on material and that they were ALL broken. Every little task or job they cant seem to get it right. My husband and I had to take days off work to go to Tampa and pick up the material because even though we had picked our copping way ahead of time and these company took forever to get it, there was no longer more. We had to go to Tampa and get it ourselves and load it on and off (very heavy marble). Their workers have a bad attitude. We are nice people, very humble and never try to look for problems. We offer them water, chips, drinks because we feel bad with this hot weather..but they just don’t care. We normally come out and say “hi good morning” and they will look at you dirty. Will leave all the chips and bottle water trash in your backyard. I had to pick it up myself with husband. They messed up the pool (have proof of this) that they ordered the plaster. Its been a year and 2 months. Do your self a favor and DONT SIGN WITH THEM! They are full of excuses!!

After reviewing design recommendations and quotes from five (5) pool companies, we selected the Bluescape Team as a result of their timely responsiveness to our calls, emails and text, very competitive pricing and their unwavering commitment to design and deliver on our vision for our “next generation” pool redesign. We recently contracted Bluescape to renovate our pool. We had the diamond brite refinished and the surrounding tile replaced with mosaic tiles. We couldn’t be more pleased! The pool turned out beautiful. Despite some weather delays. Joe and George always kept us up to speed and addressed all our concerns as the project progressed. We highly recommend them. After a lengthy process of obtaining quotes and getting a feel for what I was in for I contracted with Bluescape pools. I’m glad I did. The finished product is awesome. Quality and price are what interested me . Working with Manuel was great. He was attentive to detail and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. I can honestly say that we are very pleased with the quality of the work performed by Manuel Izquierdo (Owner) and his team. Our pool came out beautiful and we are enjoying it every day. Manuel was up front with the timeline and price. He said it would take between 8 and 12 weeks and it was finished in 11 weeks and with 2 very bad storms in between. Something got done every week just like he said and the price I paid was exactly what he quoted. If there were any extra charges it was for additional work I requested during the construction. He was very pleasant and understanding with our lack of knowledge and explained in detail any questions or concerns we had. We had many meetings before the project began and he came out to inspect the work after each phase was completed. I certainly understand some of the bad experiences that are written about Bluscape Pools and how frustrating that can be. Manuel was very up front with me on what had happened with a previous sales person/designer who unfortunately made his company look bad. He just asked me to give him a chance to prove that he could build us a beautiful pool and we did. We could not have asked for a better pool builder and person to deal with. Thanks Manuel for making our backyard look amazing!

I had been in the process of a gathering project quotes and information on a complete pool renovation project that included: pool resurface, tiling, stone paving, plumbing, new heater and cleaning systems for several months. Bluescape Pools & Spas came to us recommended by another source and we are so grateful that we were! Thier quote was clear, concise, and the pricing was fair. All services to be performed were clearly explained and knew the cost of the project was well worth it.

Our first encounter was with Manuel, who truly handled our renovation from start to finish as an amazing project manager. There were absolutely no gaps in communication and kept us informed of the project progress at least once a week and did routine on-site visits as the team progressed through the different stages of the renovation. Our project was expected to be completed within 4 weeks and despite the rainy season weather between June and July, we were impressed that they were done on time!

We are so happy with our new outdoor patio and pool escape. I highly recommend them and definitely say do the pebble glass finish for the surfacing of your pool! Thank you to all on the team.

Worst Pool Builder of all time. Promised it would be complete in 8 weeks. Took them 10 months and it was never completed correctly. Rain water drains from the pool deck into the pool because the slope is incorrect. They charged us thousands for extras that were their fault. They would disappear and only come back after we made a bad review (and only if we would remove the bad review). They will always have you pay $15,000 ahead of any work that has been done so you can fire them without losing 10-15K. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!
