We had a pool installed by Cincinnati Pool Professionals in August of 2015. Mark showed up for our first meeting right on time and in uniform and was very professional, a complete contrast to the other four pool builders we interviewed. We have a large, steep grade right behind our house, and all the other pool builders we interviewed quoted $50,000 or higher and advised that we had to have a large retaining wall. When we asked them all if we could go with a smaller pool to avoid the wall and stay within our firm $40,000 all-in budget, they never returned any of our emails or phone calls. But Mark and Joe worked to come up with different ideas and strategies to make our dream of owning a pool a reality. Two summers later, we could not be happier! We still reach out to Mark and Joe whenever we have questions and they are very quick to reply and offer guidance, if needed.
