If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was happy with this company UNTIL they were purchased by the new owner. I have spent a lot of monies having a new pump and filter system installed last year. When the filter was installed they cracked the pipes and it was to be corrected this year, however, the NEW owner is NOT honoring the commitment and wants to charge for the repair, even though the replacement is under warranty. It is stupid that he would throw away many years of service for a couple of hundred dollars… DO NOT use this company, they are terrible and their customer service is also terrible…

We bought this house with a pool last year – never had any experience with a home pool. We called Colony at the very busy start up time in May and they arranged to open the pool and get us set up in several successive visit.
The team was very responsive, and sensitive to our ignorance. They went far out of their way to get it started, even though we were not well-prepared.
Of course, we had them return this year! Even the manager Jeremy came out when the schedule was tight and he was short staffed. Superb service!!

Colony Pool has opened and closed my pool for many years. Their service team is excellent. They are reliable and on time. Because of their good record of service with us, we hired them this summer to replaster our pool and to install a new cover, we were very happy with the results. If you like your contractors/vendors to do high quality work for reasonable prices and to do it on time and right, then Colony Pool is for you.

I have used Colony for over 25 years both to weekly service the pool and for major upkeep including resurfacing the pool and rebuilding the concrete deck around the pool. They have always been responsive, on time and professional in all aspects of the services provided. I highly recommend them. The most recent project was resurfacing to pool at the start of the pool season in 2017.

In a day and age where business is all about electronic communication and little personal contact, it’s refreshing to do business with a company who hasn’t lost the personal touch and provides quality service. Whether it’s the person at the store, someone helping me with a pool problem, the person servicing my pool/pool equipment or the person who handles invoices, Colony Pool has great employees who always take care of me. They are friendly, professional and helpful. I’ve been doing business with them for many years and intend to to business with them for many more.

As a new pool owner, I was intimidated by the care and steps required to create a safe swim environment. Alkalinity, PH balance, Chlorine, Algaecide…to name a few! What does it mean? How do I create clean water? How do I keep it that way? Whew! My head spins just thinking about it!

Let’s just say that I had nothing to worry about! Colony Pool Service to the rescue! The previous homeowner used them and I saw no reason to change. I was thoroughly pleased with the professionalism, patience and time rendered to me. From my initial contact with the office staff to the maintenance team, I knew I was in good hands.

The team arrived promptly and initiated the process to open the pool. Every question I asked was answered with patience and kindness. Their knowledge was apparent and sound. When it was time for me to receive instructions, I thought I’d never be able to do what was required. I asked if I could video our conversation and without hesitancy, the answer was yes. Boy, am I glad I did! From cleaning the basket to backwashing the pool, would I ever be able to manage! To my surprise, I did. The video replay was priceless and showed I missed pulling the handle all the way up. I quickly corrected and was able to perform the tasks required.

If you haven’t guessed by now, let me confirm. I loved the care, patience, expertise, friendliness and professionalism of the Colony Pool Team. While not totally confident in my ability, I am confident in Colony Pool. I look forward our partnership, the weekly check-ups and learning more about pool ownership. Most important, I look forward to working with this wonderful team.

Overhaul of all pool equipment – Filter, 2 pumps, heater, blower and added salt chlorinator. removal of old equipment. Tim and crew did a great job! Great price, the best equipment and handled some install challenges with no issues and in no time!

We have been doing business with Colony for over 10 years and have never been disappointed! Great job guys!
