Dell did outstanding job on working with us from beginning till the very end of our project.
We have had very difficult terrain (hill on 80% of proposed pool plot) and limited space to put the swimming pool (36×16) and multiple contractors were telling us that job is not doable. Dell professionals assessed the landscape and proposed several solutions, which resulted in us having a pool we wanted, and drastically improving our backyard landscape. Dell (special thanks to Anthony) worked with us on every step of the process, from handling all paperwork, major excavations and stonework in our backyard to selecting a best possible pool, options and equipment.
We had terrific time working with Anthony and definitely will be using Dell for our pool maintenance and any other projects.

When we started looking into having a pool built, it was daunting to say the least. Reviews on the internet were so simple and barely said more than if they were satisfied or unhappy. I called a couple places, made appointments, and was actually disappointed by the lack of knowledge of the people that you are speaking with. no one i spoke with made me feel comfortable, until Anthony came along. When we started our pool process, we had only purchased our home nine months prior, so a home equity loan was kind of out the window and unfortunately, i don’t have loads of cash sitting in the bank. Fortunately, Dell offered financing through Lyon Financial, which was exactly what we needed to make our backyard a reality. Dell not only guided us through the permit and construction process, but also through financing. Rich was great through all of the paperwork. The process getting the loan was easier than buying a car!!! A pool to many people is a luxury but i don’t think people realize how easy it is. We started the process in March 2020 or shall i say the beginning of quarantine. Anthony promised i would be swimming by Memorial Day and he kept that promise. Now to be honest, because of quarantine, Anthony and i actually did not meet until July. He sold us our pool over the phone and not once made us feel like we were not as important as someone who had just walked into the showroom . If you are questioning who to use or whether you can afford it, Dell can make it happen!

When we decided that we wanted a new pool we did not realize there were going to be so many up and downs due to zoning in our our town.
The Dell team internally and externally lead by Anthony advised and consulted with us step by step. To have that guidance from Anthony and the team meant a lot to us and ultimately gave us peace of mind. They skillfully navigated us through the many engineering and town requirements throughout the project.
Competency and communication were key and Dell delivered both from the permit process through the installation of the pool and topped off the project with beautiful landscaping that highlights the patio and rock wall they built to perfection.

Dell had done some landscaping for us the previous year. We were very impressed with their work and responsiveness. We decided to hire them for our pool/backyard project. It is/was the best decision we have ever made regarding home improvements on any level. From the planning, approvals, construction, and clean up went exactly how it was supposed to go. No surprises, no hidden costs, no disappearing acts, and perfect execution for the entire project.

Dell has now completed three projects for us: 1) repair of an original hot tub, 2) construction of a partial outdoor kitchen and 3) installation of a new hot tub, built in BBQ and an outdoor fireplace. We have been extremely satisfied with their work and recommend them without hesitation.

Like all good contractors, what really sets Dell apart is the quality of the people. The owner, Anthony, is experienced, knowledgeable, fair and very easy to deal with. The design team is quite strong and the workers/sub contractors are excellent. We really appreciated two things about their work crews: they took obvious pride in their work and they were meticulous about cleaning up every day.

We are very experienced in the home construction and remodeling area having gut renovated and expanded one house, constructed another from scratch and undertaken approximately a dozen other kitchen/bath/master suite/family room projects. We have worked with many contractors and Anthony and the Dell team rank as among the best.

Dell helped design and built every facet of a large natural stone poolside fireplace, with entertaining tiered bar and appliances. They replaced the entire decking surrounding an existing inground pool with an amazing natural stone. And to top it off, they collaborated on the design, construction and functionality of a large rustic post and beam gazebo-type over head structure. The project had many specific issues and peculiarities all of which Dell took the time to analyze in detail so to maximize function, anticipate road blocks, and most of all completed with the highest quality beauty. We couldn’t be happier with our new vacation spot in our yard. We highly recommend Dell and his service and design teams for any project large or small.
