From start to finish a great experience in transforming our old ugly front yard into a “Filoli” showcase — not a yard. At the start, we met Joe to design this fantastic project. He listen to what we wanted, what flowers and shurbs we like. Then noted what we like and he drew a landscaping design that was great.

His crew was great. They were professional in all respects — arrived on time, performed assigned tasks and they cleaned up when they left for the day. Javier (the lead of the crew) was great. He explained what was going to happen that day and did we have any concerns for the day. He was open to any questions and suggestions that we had. Joe was on the job supervising the transformation and was able to make “mid-course” corrections (made by me) with ease.
In the end, the front of our house is the envy of the block. Nothing but praise from our guests and neighbors. My wife and I highly recomment JPM to transform your current landscape to a showcase design. Joe and his crew are GREAT ! ! !

Joe completed a lawn replacement job for me and I couldn’t be happier. His crew is very professional, clean, and easy to communicate with. As part of the complete exterior refresh of our property, we chose Joe and JPM to revamp our outdoor spaces. Words cannot describe the transformation that took place. This year, 2021, we decided it was time to give our backyard an “uplift” & transformation. Since we were so pleased with our front yard landscape implemented by JPM Landscape in 2018, the first & only person that came to mind for our backyard project was Joe Andolina of JPM Landscape.

Joe Andolina provided us with a vision, suggested wonderful design ideas & tailored the components of our wishes into our dream backyard. He has such creativity, that each project is unique, beautifully & seamlessly integrated with a myriad of textures to yield an amazing landscape. His design included: tranquil waterfall feature, paved conversation & dining areas, meandering flagstone path, T-arbor, peaceful river rock area, special touches i.e. trellis, slate porch, colorful plants & trees, lighting & drip irrigation throughout.

Joe was available each day, providing us opportunity to discuss the progress. We found Joe & his crew to be very receptive to our needs & requests. His crew, lead by Erasmo, worked tirelessly to complete our backyard. They had such incredible teamwork; everyone knew what their task was each day & implemented it without any hesitation. Daily progress was made in “leaps & bounds”! They were all professional, respectful, hard-working, efficient, & highly skilled.The project went smoothly, efficiently & was very well managed.

JPM Landscape exceeded even our previous expectations! Both our front & backyard now enhance the beauty of our home. We have beautiful, welcoming curb appeal in our front yard, which continues to be admired by everyone in the neighborhood. And now, we have an inviting, relaxing oasis in our dream backyard, too! Per usual, you, your designs & crew are amazing!!

Joe designed a complete overhaul of my backyard taking into account my requirements and budget, but adding his design experience. He met my project budget, yet didn’t sacrifice my top priorities. I was MOST impressed with Joe’s project management. He quoted the start of the project and the duration of the project precisely. His coordination of vendors/subcontractors was superb. The first day the backyard was torn up, and debris was placed on the road. The next morning the debris was hauled away, and yard materials showed up in the afternoon. Then Joe’s crew moved the materials to the backyard and immediately following were the next set of materials. Joe also installed a paver driveway with the same pavers I chose for the back yard. Take a look at all of the photos of Joe’s projects. If you like the materials, design elements, and style of those projects, I highly recommend you hire JPM.

I should have written this a year ago but better late than never! Joe if JPM Landscaping redid our front yard. In addition, they installed pavers in our driveway, added lighting in front and back, and redid our backyard sprinklers. They were great to Work with! He and his crew were very professional. Joe was on the job every day. He gave us great ideas and options, and really listened to what we wanted. They completed the job on time and cleaned up every day! I highly recommend them. Thanks to Joe and his crew for building our dream backyard! Joe was able to incorporate our ideas into the new backyard design. His ideas for creating landscape texturing; separating gravel walkways from pavers, porcelain tiles and ground cover using loose rocks was excellent. His use of paver walls provided elevation changes to give the backyard character. Joe’s use of accent lights to highlight our bonsai plants and rock areas after dark creates a calming mood.
Joe was flexible in keeping our existing plants and bonsai as well as substituting new plants we wanted in the new design. Joe’s crew of 6-7 people worked very quickly and tirelessly. They kept us informed on daily activities and coordinated with us on any deviations to the design.

JPM installed a new paver driveway, walkways and front courtyard area, plus replaced the lawn. The job included widening the driveway, relocating and upgrading the sprinkler system, enhancing the street tree area and covering a large doorstep with tile. The crew showed up bright and early every day. Joe had creative yet practical suggestions for improving the look and functionality of my front yard, and the resulting curb appeal is fantastic. The crew chief was really on the ball; he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, actually doing more than I had thought of. Joe was here for part of each day making sure that things were done to his standard and that I was happy with the results.

Joe did a great design for our backyard. He listened carefully to my needs and adjusted the design to meet my budget need. He has an amazing crew that ever single person on that crew is knowledgeable and skilled. They have ~5-7 people working on the project every day so finished it very quick. They also keep the place very tidy after the left each day. I am very happy with the result.
