They worked hard and cared but it felt like some lack of communication, poor quality work from some of the subs created challenges and frustrations. Their location in lake Norman was a challenge. Perhaps my fault for overlooking the issue but it created logistical oversight issues. it was Covid so supply chains were tough and they were overworked and stretched thin, so again it was a tough time. They worked hard and project manager did care it just wasn’t a great fit for us. YMMV though and times are different now.
