The most Unprofessional landscaping architect in Miami. Don’t get me wrong she’s sweet over the phone but accountability, zero. You will literally have to chase her down between you and your permit expediter to get her to work. Do not waste your time and energy on this company. They are the typical over promise and underdeliver. I wish could paste the numerous unanswered emails going to Karla on this review. It’s sad that companies like this exist. It makes it difficult to get want your want done. We wasted 10 month putting our faith in Land studio.

Karla is a very creative landscape designer. She is also very reasonable with her quotations of jobs. A very hands on landscaper.

Karla from LandStudio was recommended to me by a friend, and she did a great job on our house, my wife and I couldn’t be happier! We had just purchased the home when we hired her, and she understood our need for privacy and provided us with an elegant welcoming landscape design that offered the privacy we were looking for. She also incorporated the island/beach theme since our house is on Key Biscayne, by adding a little sanded beach area with lounge chairs, in the back of our house. Over-all she was wonderful to work with, she was on schedule, courteous, very knowledgable, and stayed within budget! If you are looking for a great local designer this is the one!

Horrible experience. We engaged Karla to lead the design and execution of the exterior project of our house remodel in Coconut Grove. Karla presented us with several designs that were not compliant with the city, after months of going back and forth the design we did decide on was 50% above our budget. We asked Karla to create 3 more designs within our budget and she did not get back to us. After weeks of no contact I decided to terminate the relationship and request a partial refund. To date Karla has not fulfilled that obligation and I have not received a refund. I can only hope this does not happen to anyone else.
