I contracted with Liquid Assets to build our pool and be the general contractor on related construction projects to the pool ( landscaping, stone work, and out door grilling station). John and his team were quite professional and responsive to our many questions. His company did an outstanding job and the end result is more than we expected. I would whole heartily recommend Liquid Assets to any one considering a pool project.

I appreciate the professionalism of the Liquid Assets team. I’ve worked with several pool companies over the years and have never found a company who delivered what they promised, when they promised it. Liquid Assets did! John Jacobson was easy to work with. He provided us with plans for the renovation, color choices and relevant suggestions. We never felt like he was trying to “oversell” us or pressure us into something we weren’t looking for. John contacted me very quickly regarding a leak and getting an appointment set up in a very expedient manner and he quoted a rate of $1000-1200 for the service. That is where the professionalism ended. I received a call from American Leak Detection who is subcontracted to do the leak detection work; and was a bit startled as I already had them booked for July and knew of their rates. The fact of the matter is John is making a large profit off of a subcontracted service and when I called him out on it; he got very terse over the phone and stated that I guess I should leave the service in July. The moral of the story is; don’t try and make $200-400 + off of subcontracted service and gouge your customers, be honest with them and when they are educated about the price, honor the price. It never hurts to be an educated consumer and a warning to all for this company is do your due diligence.

After interviewing 3 pool builders, we decided to use John Jacobson and Liquid Assets for the project. We had a warm and fuzzy feeling after talking with John, and were not disappointed with our choice. He engendered an air of confidence, and his attention to detail and willingness to bring our design to life did not disappoint. John has carefully chosen all of his subcontractors to complete each step in a very professional manner. It has been three years since the completion of the project, and I still feel comfortable calling upon him with any concerns or questions that pop up.
