Everything they sold me on exceeded my expectations. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and dependable. Throughout our entire project it was obvious that these guys love what they do and are meant to be doing what they do- design and build custom swimming pools and spas. Found their price/budget to be practical and competitive. We spend more time in our backyard thanks to the MerLux Pools team!

Please do not ever use this pool company. Unfortunately, we did not see the negative experience others have had before we started our project 8 months ago that is still mot complete even though they made us pay in full. They said they could not schedule the final stages until it was paid which we ended up paying back in May and it still isn’t finished. They have completely screwed up our patio and decking. When we met with one of the owners, Ryan and he sold us the pool he told us they could match the stamp and color of our existing patio color. I wish I could share the pictures to show you what they did. They had a company come out pour the concrete and stamp it. This company was supposed to come back and match our stain. They never did and after months of asking when they were going to do it they sent their own untrained and unprofessional employees to do it. They used the incorrect process and did a color that doesn’t even look anything like the color we have. I wish I could post pictures to show you the appalling the job they did it. They cannot come up with a solution that is acceptable or results in the colors matching or being close as promised without us coming out of pocket an additional $3500. We don’t even want them to do the work, we just want our money back since they screwed up so badly and Ryan, the owner refuses and is just defensive and unprofessional. Please don’t make the same mistake that we did!
