We originally had our pool built by another contractor almost two years ago. However, this summer we started experiencing some significant flaking, the spa developed a leak, and the rebar was so close to the surface we started getting rust stains. I contacted Randall and Ocean Blue Pools to come take a look and see what it would take to repair everything. We decided to go with a new Pebble surface for the pool. They drained the pool, acid washed everything, chipped away the old finish and installed the Pebble finish in the exact time frame we were given. The amount paid was exactly the amount quoted. The crews were on time every day, extremely hard working and cleaned up before they left for the day. From the time the pool was drained and filled back up was a total of seven days and we have a brand-new pool better than the one we had before. Randall and Ocean Blue Pools will be servicing all our pool needs going forward.
