Stacey and her team were great and very responsive to our requests. They gave us great ideas for now and what to look for in the future as we planned our landscaping.
You felt like they had your best interest at heart and actually made suggestions on saving money.

We would not recommend using this company due to the quality of work and the follow-up to issues. They did work for us laying travertine in our courtyard and then large areas in our backyard. The work was done in 2017/2018 and we still cannot get them to fix the uneven travertine. The seat wall they built was put in without a drain or proper slope and water pools up in the corner area with no place to go. Jamie (owner) ignores numerous requests and then shows up randomly and makes promises he doesn’t intend to keep. We were told by their salesperson (at the time) Rick, that we should wait and let everything settle and they would fix at a later date but that has never happened. Once he takes your money and makes commitments for the company, he tells you he is only the salesperson when you need help. Three years later and no repairs made.

Don’t use this company! Terrible communication and we got stiffed on a pool part that didn’t work. We were told it would be replaced and never heard back. Have been ghosted by them ever since. We are out $1500.

I had work done from One Design and they did an amazing Job with my yard. I have recommended my family and friends to this company and would recommend anyone who wants their landscaping done at a great price by a professional company to give them a call. Thanks One Design!
