David and his One Specialty team built our outdoor living area. From design, through engineering to construction, their attention to detail and delivering on our expectations were front and center. The job required engineering to reset the foundation, design to connect to our house, and integrated landscaping – a really complex project. The team did an awesome job with the stone work, designing the pizza oven and working with contractors on the tv and wiring install. We were engaged throughout the project and would not hesitate to work with them again.

My wife and I hired One-Specialty to revamp and remodel an outdoor living and swimming area. From the design, construction, clean up we found them to be punctual, efficient and all employees were extremely professional and nice.

We would highly recommend them for any work you may be considering. They kept us apprised via email on a daily basis about the time they would be at work and also what they planned to accomplish each and every day during the process.

There were no costs overruns and they finished the job on schedule even though we had several bad weather days.

Designed and built our pool and deck. Initial designs were more than we wanted, but second version was exactly what we were looking for:simple and functional, but pleasing to the eye and consistent with the design of our house. Communication was excellent during the project; the project manager responded quickly and kept us up to date and involved in issues and progress. Their follow-through and commitment continued post-project, making sure all the loose ends were addressed fully. They provided high value for the money.

This is a very talented and professional company. We had a large back yard lawn and wanted to plant the area to make it into a more interesting garden . I worked with Tyler from the design team and he managed to capture my vision for the garden .The plans were very detailed and easy to use. Tyler spent time with me tweaking the plans to make sure we were 100% happy with the plant selection .
The installation process which was managed very efficiently by Shane was great . Everyone who worked on the project was a pleasure to work with and were ver efficient and effective . The company have also been very good with follow up too.. The garden looks amazing I am so pleased we used One Speciality .

Worst company I have ever done business with. Poor communication with clients and within the company, bid went over by $3500, frequent employee turnover. Owner didn’t take responsibility for any mistakes. Job should have taken 2-3 weeks, but ran 4-5 months.

Although the job took longer than expected Mike and his crew did a great job and were very conscientious. We love our pool Reno. We did hit unexpected problems which required them to do more than originally expected and as a result cost more, we are satisfied so far with the end result.

They did a great job on the renovation of my backyard/landscaping. They were accommodating to all my requests which included redoing a section of concrete steps. I would highly recommend them for landscape projects of any kind.

I’m always blown away by the quality of their work and their professionalism. I have also used them on my pool, landscaping, stone work and fire pit at my own house.
