We recently purchased and had a round 28′ Stealth Pool installed. Pool & Spa Depot was wonderful about coming out to our home to measure (twice actually!) to make sure the pool would go in the correct place. While we did have to wait for inventory for some time, this was not in anyone’s control with pandemic supply chain issues. Chad at the Brentwood/Cool Springs location did a great job at keeping us updated. Once the product arrived, installation was scheduled. Jerry and team were excellent. They battled the weather for a few days (again, out of anyone’s hands) and did an amazing job with the final product. The crew was very kind and patient with our family, especially our excited 10 year old, looking at their progress throughout the installation. It looks wonderful and perfectly level in our sloped ground where desired. They left the area as clean as possible in the rough weather. No trash was left behind. We will have hardscaping/ landscapers come in next. I would highly recommend Pool & Spa Depot and Jerry and team for installation. Now…we wait for spring!

After me and my family had very good success with buying pools from pool and spa depot I decided to go again with pool and spa depot this making the 9th pool they have installed for me and my family this was the worse experience ever dig guy conned me saying he needed to cut down 3 extra feet mind u I allready about leveled the area the weekend before then the installers left trash and boxes every where put together the ladder which fell apart as my 6 year old son was coming out of the pool didn’t install the pool light which I had my electron install didnt tighten down the return jet so after filling my pool and going on vacation came back to a pool that was drained down to the return jet talked to the owner to try and figure out what could be done and he took no responsibility for his installers this place use to be top notch all the way around not sure if the family business was passed down but I do know this is not how they use to operate

Living in Murray, Ky. we are pressed to find a pool distributor. So hearing of Pool and Spa Clarksville, Tn. we decided to take a road trip. Walking in the door we where greeted by Geoffrey Gilmore. Pleasant disposition and knowledgeable about the pools. He fit us in a beautiful pool within our budget. Never owning a pool before I am well able now, and we are enjoying our summer at our residence.

Very bad experience. Does not back their product. The liner is a lemon.
Patched 6 times in a year. They drained the pool in the winter to patch the hole. Now we have to fill it up. They were lazy and did not want to get in because it was cold. Buy a wet suit. Read the fine print. They don’t tell you everything up front. We did not puncture the liner. It is a lemon. I would never do business with them again.

Customer service has been abysmal. I purchased a spa more than three months ago, paid extra for installation and the job is still not complete. I have called them numerous times over the last few months to check on progress and have nothing to show for it. I’ve spoken with managers and the owner’s son, all of which have provided delays, excuses, and ultimately no resolution. They got my payment in full and could careless to hold up their end of the sale.

I would sincerely state: Buyer Beware! Check all other options before using Pool and Spa Depot.

The sales team and store manager are great. But that’s where it stops. I had an inground pool installed. The project manager disappeared for months after payments had been made. I always paid on time and was very patient. John Mantay is the head of construction. He will promise you the moon and never deliver. My pool had engineered plans that I paid for. The pool ended up in the wrong spot unfinished and they wanted to collect the final payment before passing codes. I refused and as it turned out several items needed to be addressed before the City would pass the inspection. I would recommend looking elsewhere. This company only cares about the number of pools they install not the quality. They also undersized my pool equipment. Looks like I need a new pool pump and I haven’t had it up and running a year. RUN.
