I have been trying since October 4, 2022, to obtain the return of our $20,000 deposit. We decided not to pursue a pool and we have simply not been able to get anything back from them. Pooltron did not begin any detailed drawings other than the high-level marketing ones to show us the concept. The bid for the project was very high and we did put a deposit down to hold a potential timeframe. However, we decided not to pursue the pool and we have been unable to obtain the return of any of the deposit. They (Dennis Sansone) have sent a couple of emails saying the return is “processing” but at this point, that is obviously a prevarication of the truth. I have all my documentation of the unsuccessful attempts to obtain the deposit return and the emails from Dennis stating that he’s processing the return or working on it.

Don’t trust this crowd…I am going to have to find a legal solution it appears which unfortunately will be a hassle and cost more $
