Premier got permit (eventually) but never called for any inspections. They were late to show up, unprofessional, and are over 2 months past finishing our small pool. Now, after it is built, they want us to mark our property line so they can get a final inspection. Rebar was never inspected. Pool failed the final inspection twice. We had to get our own gas and electrical professionals (and their work passed inspections). Pool contract signed April 2019. They tell us pool is done. How could that be—no inspections passed by Premier Pools. Buyer beware.
